Ordered some 25mm spacer for my wrx and hadn’t gotten any email saying they were shipped after a couple of days so I called them and sure enough I was able to figure out they were stuck somewhere and that there weren’t many available at the time. Myles T was the associate I talked to and was extremely helpful. He was able to communicate to the supplier and get them back on track and sent to my house in a timely fashion! Some of the best customer service I’ve received and definitely would recommend them if you need any parts! 5 ⭐️

don't bother ordering anything online. Their customer service made me rethink about drilling holes into my bumper to install a license plate as the better option.
Holes don’t line up and the ones that do a screw can’t get through due to the angle being messed up.

Helped turned an unfortunate situation around. Have ordered numerous products from Perrin, love their brand, and never had any issues. Package delivered was missing an item, Perrin agent Myles was quick to help. Helped to identify the missing item and get it sent out. We even lost connection via chat, and he went out of his way to pick up the phone and call, as well as send an email, to ensure that he had taken care of the situation fully. Great customer service from a great brand… that’s why I’m a loyal Perrin customer.
