This was my first time dealing with Perrin Performance. Myles T. was the salesperson who took my call. He was awesome - he figured out what parts would work with my vehicle and even called me back with further information. He arranged the delivery and some pretty fair shipping rates - I should mention that I live as far east as you can go in Canada.
I am glad my service center recommended you folks.
And thank you Myles for looking after me today. I'll be asking for you when I call again.

1. Perrin mistakenly processed the wrong shroud, sent me a new replacement the same day it was identified! No hastles. Fantastic customer service.
2. Their products have been top quality

Very happy I sent out an initial email to Perrin asking for technical support for the 18+ Subaru Crosstrek for engine dress up that at the time only a competitor had. After several emails with Jeff, got a few items of interest from the 22+ wrx and the color I wanted for my wife's crosstrek to try and was very pleased with the outcome and great customer service. I definitely recommend them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Company has been lying for over 3 months about a part being available. Kept saying 1 to 2 weeks. All of a sudden, when i cancel, they stole money off what I paid and also are now lying saying they are in stock. Don't trust this company. I am ugrading my review to 5 stars. The company has reached out and everything was taken care of. Thank you for the fast service

Order an upper strut brace for Subaru Crosstrek !! It been almost 2 months and
Still haven’t received it!! Not a very legitimate business to make business with!! About to cancel my order and get a refund on my money they already cashed out!! First time buying stuff from them and most likely the last time!! Very disappointed and very unprofessional !!

Really happy with the Perrin wing stabilizers. Installation was easy although I do recommend doubling up on the 3M adhesive for the bottom part. Noticed a gap towards the front which appears on both of them. So far its holding up regardless. Gives the car a very aggressive look.

Customer service was 2nd to none. Ordered a Short Ram Intake in Black for my car, black was not available, Perrin was very helpful in exploring other options.. Decided to go with a red one since black was on back order. Although at first I was shipped a wrong part, Perrin immediately shipped the correct part out to me no questions asked, included a couple goodies for the troubles AND the person helping me did some thorough digging for me and found the color I originally wanted which was huge. Customer service was very responsive and unlike other companies, they did not wait for me to return the incorrect part, they immediately shipped the correct one with a return label for me to send back the wrong one at my convenience. Not once was I left on read. Very pleased with the service that was provided to me! Thank you Perrin!
