Easy to make an appointment at the location I want usually. They’re very good at what they do and they’re fast. Keep up the good work

My cat Finn went for his required immunizations and he was treated so well he didn't even react to the poke from the shot. He got a treat, everything went smooth, quick and I was very happy I chose to use Vetco! The Vetco staff were amazing!!

They didn’t put my name as the pet owner but a Kathy with a different e-mail address. So I didn’t get any proof of records and receipt. I had to make several calls to get it changed. Plus I paid for premier and didn’t get any discount on my vetco visit. Will not enter PETCO again

When for a VETCO visit, everyone was so helpful taking care of my dog who was very scared and ran away. Very grateful at the end it was a quick visit and less stress for Theo.

Everything was great and efficient but having the exam in the middle of a busy store was the only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5. The Veterinarian and Tech were awesome and efficient! Thanks Dr. Raymond and staff!

Here's the deal, it's essentially a pop up vaccination clinic. I feel like most negative reviews were based on different expectations. When you come in, there's a little table to check in, and you hang out in the aisle waiting for your turn (if you get stuck behind a big weeny of a dog like mine, you might be waiting a while). It's just a little table in the back, open to the store. THAT ALL SAID, the techs and the vet were LOVELY. They were sweet to my pets, as quick as they could be, and all things considered, I think that 15 minutes for a stubborn dog and a scared cat to get all shots, blood drawn and heartworm test results was pretty good. The super duper bwave dog behind us put us to shame and was done in like, 2 minutes.
Most important though, is that if your pets are healthy, and don't necessarily need a full exam, it's a big money saver. It was about $600 for EVERYTHING to catch up my 2 adult pets (1 cat, 1 dog) plus 6 months of flea/heartworm medication for both of them. It's usually $600+ at the vet. For one of them, without the prescription.
Only down side, don't forget anything! In the chaos of my dog being ridiculous, the vet forgot about a food prescription (which is all good, I get it) the down side is that so far, because it's not an established clinic with an office, it's been a major pain to try to get in touch with anyone to get that fixed. Overall though, as long as you know what you are getting, and are happy saving a big chunk of cash, and aren't picky about the set up, the staff is great, and my babes are healthy, and to me, that's all that really matters.

I checked into my appointment 5 mins early. The vet had walked out the door as we were walking in. They told me it was because they closed at 1pm and their system didn’t show that I had checked in, even though we were waiting right there anyway. She was telling me this at 12:55, at the time of our appointment. If your vets are going home before your closing time at 1pm, do not give options to book for 12:55. I am livid, this seems insanely unprofessional.

The check in tech was difficult and became very bullying when I asked a question about my cats.

This Vetco refused my cat during her appointment for her first shots. My cat is an indoor cat and is 1 year old and has no rabies or disease. When I brought her in for her visit she was a bit nervous and she only hissed once in her carrier. When the vets heard her hiss once, they automatically told me they refuse to give her shots because they think she is too dangerous. They said one bite could send us all to the hospital and that they would have to euthanize her! They didn't put any effort into trying to take her out or even try to give her the shots. They gave up right away and sent me out. I am very dissapointed because I gave them a background on my cat and all important info in which they said everything was going to go well and be fine. But they lied.

Could give no stars if possible. My sister took her kitten here for vaccines. They over vaccinated the kitten. Found out after taking the kitten to an actual vet and showed them the kittens records. This is extremely disturbing and unsafe for pets. Do not take your animals here!!
