Andy is terrible. Rude and disrespectful. Gets upset at people for asking for a bag for their drinks. Slams the bags on the counter clearly upset about having to do his job.

Clean store. Clerks are always polite and efficient. The only thing I hate about this location, is the god damn lotto scratch it scratchers! They will just stand at the register and scratch all their 15 damn tickets! Holding up the line! And you can just see the clerks face, like Come on man!!! But they are being nice! Anyways that makes it an inconvenience, not a convenience store .

Our car broke down during this heat wave and it was in the lot that night. First thing the next morning we went to get it but couldn’t properly fix it.we weren’t causing any mess or damage. We bought multiple things from the store during the day . Had several pleasant interactions with customers and the worker . While waiting for our tow worker was kind and never said a word about us being there after I said we were trying to get a tow, less than 15 minutes two police officers showed up saying we had been trespassed and overstayed our welcome. She never said a word to us and lied to them saying we had. Even there all night when we had actually been staying in a hotel that night. The cops wouldn’t hear our side of the story. Essentially told us to get off the property we could t even wait for a tow truck. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly absolutely disgusted with the worker and the police. Very judgmental. Very embarrassing. plaid just lost very loyal customers.

I only come here when I cant make it into any other convenience store close by. The lady at the counter just seethes contempt for the customers and is rude.

I go to this plaid often. Quite often there is a line bit, it moves quickly. They are short staffed like the rest of the world but, they continue to show great costumer service and remain kind and patient through it!

I know it's hard to find good help. But dam. My two star rating is being generous. Erich wins the award for slowest cashier ever! Line down the isle and to the back of the store. But hey, take your time. We love standing here! What the heck? Does he come to work stoned or do it on his break? Because he's gotta be high to work that slow and have such a dispassionate attitude about it.

This used to be my favorite store. For a while I would by a months worth of 5hours all in one shot. The evening crew were always friendly and helpful. Then I find out today that in this store they will turn you away if you have cans. Life is hard enough. They don't have a problem taking your deposit money but won't let you return cans to make a purchase at the same store. Never again will I shop there with that clerk there.
