Worst providence medical center! Called two times to get Dr opinion about test results. They never follow up with me. Every service at this center would cause delay!

This is the WORST providence that I've been to. I felt judged and uncomfortable the whole time I was there. I wish I moved providence providers sooner. I gained a lot of weight due to depression and I had stretch marks on my belly and I was asked if I'd ever been pregnant. When i told them no the Dr asked me if " I was sure." I HAD A MAJOR EATING DISORDER. this triggered me and I started going in as little a possible which is not healthy. I switch to a different Providence provider at another location and it was like NIGHT and DAY. I'm healthy and they take the time to give me proper care.

Billed my insurance $1000 for a 15 minute phone screen done by their 'bridge team' to assess and order tests until I can be fit in with a primary care physician. Needless to say I did not continue to go here for care. Don't want to know what an actual visit would cost. Thank goodness I had already reached my out of pocket max earlier in the year.

Front desk staff could stand to learn a lot about compassion, patience, and most importantly privacy. I have had multiple unhelpful conversations with staff here, and they were always rude and in a hurry to get off the phone. I was in the waiting room the other day waiting to be called in and all that I heard was one staff member complaining about wanting to leave and hating being there, while the other 2 were talking about how stupid patients were. the whole experience I've had with these people leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Called to get some lab sent out for Lupus testing. Since my toes have been numb for a week and all. The gal on the phone was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. And in the end they wouldn't send my labs in. So I made a virtual visit appointment with a random doctor, who upon looking at my chart, not only sent out my labs, but a referral to a specialist. The random doc I just met told me I should've been treated for lupus YEARS ago. The poor treatment and rude staff here is actually effecting my health. I'll be finding another doctors office. Love Dr. Cuff, but I can't ever speak to him. Only the rude and dismissive folk surrounding him.

not recommended for pediatric care. Dr is not genuine, you are rushed, pushed vaccines! We’ve in the process of finding a new pediatric Dr and had to take our daughter back to the Orenco office yesterday. This office visit was most definitely the icing on the cake. We will never step foot in that office again. We ended up taking our daughter to the ER that evening where she was actually cared for and treated. Ongoing 103 fever orenco dr will tell you to take Tylenol and call them tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN.

I don't really write reviews much but I wanted to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I did.-This office does not pick up their phone. It is really hard to reach a person to set an appointment-The care team does not put much thought and time into your diagnoses even though it is a serious medical condition.Took me going to urgent care after my symptoms worsen at another facility to get the tests I've been asking for months since the doctor kept saying its stress since she couldn't find out what's wrong. The urgent care doctor even said that this shouldn't be overlooked like this and my condition should be taken seriously as it has gotten worse.-Doctor do not really respond to the mychart messages, mostly the nurses and PAs-Hard to get meds when needed. I had a 6 month cough that kept getting worse. When I asked for meds to help, doctor said to drink honey. Which I already tried and it wasn't helping. I ended up having to try every over the counter med on my own.Pray that no one else goes through this.

The staff was very welcoming when you check in. The Doctors were nice and caring as the nurses prepared you for the doctor.

The absolute most unprofessional group of so called medical professionals I have ever dealt with. I will continue to give this business a bad name, not only do they lie to their patients but they also call and cancel on scheduled appointments last minute. Call them and see for yourself! Not only will you sit on hold for 25 mins or more, but they will also promise to call you back and then NOT CALL BACK. every time I have been in their office they have about 4 people up front not doing a single thing except chatting it up about irrelevant things. My child is behind 2 wellness check ups because their pediatrician decides to take a Tuesday off last minute. My last straw was the second attempted call to have a serious medication sent to the pharmacy and who ever I spoke with on the phone said they were sending it over and guess what, pharmacy never received it PLUS sent over several requests via fax. These people don’t do their jobs clearly because they have a pharmacy requesting for a medication that this place lied about sending over. I highly recommend not choosing this place for medical care, they will put you on a back burner or better yet, lie to you. This place needs to be investigated or shut down asap.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. My PCP has changed every year due to the high turnover. When I called to make an appointment for an annual exam with my new PCP, I was told that the physician is requiring a second appointment to go over medications. In the previous years this was always included in the annual exam. After speaking to the office manager I was told this was a recent change that the providers decided on without notifying their patients. I've worked in the medical field for over 17 years and have never heard of this. Medication review is always included in an annual exam. Needless to say I will be changing medical providers.

I couldn’t have had a worse experience with Dr. Sarah Garey. I was a patient of hers here almost 2 years ago and now that I am established with a better provider and my condition has improved did I feel ready to write this review. For starters, I was only trying to establish primary care, and when I began listing the medications I take and what for, she immediately made a face at one particular med I listed and said she didn’t like making prescriptions for that. She treated my condition as nonexistent. When there was an easily provable error made in their lab pertaining to this medication, instead of inquiring about it with me she asked her supervising doctor (who’s conversation I could see in my patient portal) when she should call CPS to have my child removed from my care.I instead took it upon myself to find my own lab to get this work done and surprise, surprise, there were no issues with my lab work there. I never went back to Dr. Garey’s office. My experience with Dr. Sarah Garey was completely counterproductive to my health goals and now I am flourishing with a new doctor.I have never had an experience with a doctor that made me feel unsafe, but that is exactly what I felt being a patient of Dr. Sarah Garey.
