Overall very disappointed in my experience.
Pro: Space was clean and located conveniently.
Cons: One of the double security doors to the building has been broken the whole time I rented (although I had nothing stolen). The WiFi gate and door codes rarely worked.
People were always friendly, but really not overly helpful.
The biggest issue was price. I rented from October one year to January 15 months later. In that time the rates were raised 3 times. Once just a few dollars, but twice the increase was an outrageous jump up in price. 84.00 to 155.00 in a year. This price gouging is unacceptable. I was looking for a long term space for a fair price. Oh well. I had to move on because of cost.

Worst experience ever! Got a small unit in an emergency while moving. Didn’t put anything in it, opened the door 1 time to see the unit. We ended up not needing it and one person said I’d get some sort of a refund then didn’t get $hit back. I’ll never use public storage again!
