My grandma had a good experience living here almost 10 years, buildings could stand some updates by now but still a good place for a tighter budget. Be mindful of no built in AC in the summer time, but lots of trees kept her unit pretty shaded and cool for the first 7 years

The complex itself is nice, nice playground, nice amenities, but there are often police here and the type of people living there changed a lot in our 18 months here. Seems to be more trash around, smells of weed a lot, and lots of homeless people roaming around in the evenings and in the night, also lots of people dumpster... read full comment

I live here and have never once had a problem with the office or maintenance. They are quick to solve issues and courteous.

Located within the Hillsboro School District, our local schools are West Union Elementary, Poynter Middle School and Liberty High School
