Parking lot for the MAX station. As per their website, you can freely park for up to 24hrs if you are a trimet customer (as in, someone that pays to ride the MAX).

Worked great for a day trip to downtown Portland on a Sunday. Lot was nearly empty, no problems with the car when we returned after a few hours.
