Just wanted to recognize Aaron and Diesel for their amazing recommendations and stellar customer service. My husband found exactly what he was looking for, as well as a few extras. We are very happy we stopped in and got to chat a bit with the both of them and listen to their suggestions, definitely coming back to this location for all our boot needs!

Hardly ever boots are in stock, they don’t call you back when your boots come in. My last pair a couple months old with the BOA tie system broke. Salesman told me the ties are lifetime warranty bring them in I can fix them in 10 minutes. I live aways away so it was a couple weeks later I was in the area I brought the boots with me and dropped them off. What was supposed to be a 10 minute fix is now on day 3. I use redwing because I get a free boot voucher from work. There’s been a few issues with the redwing boots and the hillsboro location. This is my last time using them.

This is the Best Red Wing Store in the area. First time in about 3 weeks ago. The girl there was very friendly. Then the other day I had to return the boots I had previously purchased a couple weeks earlier. The guy there said no problem and again was very friendly. He exchanged my boots and I was on my way. Thought that was great. In the past if I had to return something to one of the other Red Wing Stores all I ever got was a lot of attitude. Keep up the great customer service.

By far the best boot buying experience ever. I walked into to purchase insoles. The person who worked in the store immediately noticed that my boots were to large. He fitted me with new boots, on the house since my current boots were only 2 months old, and got me the insoles I needed and my feet feel amazing. Best service ever

Red wing customer service was top notch. The gentleman recommended anything and everything that my foot pattern would go into. I tried on 4 different types of boots until I found what was comfortable on my foot. I would highly recommend Red Wing as a the go to place for work boots.

Melissa was a at her job very knowledgeable also made sure that you completely understand everything she was saying and took the time to show you many things from shoes ? to Insoles too she was by far the best and nicest people there and took the time to explain everything too she is a great employee there she is the hest for sure
