Haven’t been here in the last year and the new staff Zane and Taylor were just as great as the people who used to work there. Always a great experience and it’s always fun to just talk about games with people who actually play the games they sell. I love this place

Magnificent collection and much a selection. Pokémon line-up was surreal. They have Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm out for the public to enjoy with 2 controllers. Great place.

Terrible customer service and the majority of the prices are more than eBay. I get that a store needs to make money but a lot of the pricing is just offensive and not worth the convenience or instant gratification. I’m pretty sure they just buy some of their stock on eBay and resell at their stores. Shop on eBay or literally go anywhere else!

Every single person I’ve interacted with at retro game trader has been so incredibly kind, patient and helpful. My 10yo son has autism, and going to RGT has become an invaluable resource for him to practice the social skills he’s been working on, in what Ive come to know is a trusted and safe environment. One gentleman even took an extended amount of time to talk through what games he has, doesn’t play with as much anymore, and could trade in towards a new one.
I didn't grow up playing a lot of video games, and I don’t know much about this world. They have never made me feel stupid for asking basic questions. They just walk me through it!
My son loves video games… almost as much as stuffies. Ha! They also get bonus points from my little dude for their SERIOUS Mario stuffy collection. That’s been the main attraction as of late.
I can’t recommend these guys enough. It’s not often you find this level of customer service, and customer CARE. This mama is grateful to have discovered such a gem.

It's the perfect game shop, we'll thought out, Large room, clean, highly organized, a Super collection, great merchandise, and best of all the staff is attentive, professional and Caring. I love shopping at at Retro Game Trader because other stores don't have the volume of games,and just can't compete. Thanks you guys

Taylor and other associate assisted and informed me while I sold a multiple of games while staying professional and informative. Transparency with prices and overall a great experience. Both associates were respectful and nice considering I made them check multiple games of how well they worked.
