I want to complain about the experience I had today in this place.Me I'm a Black male walked into to this place and ask the employee that I wanted this machine in a normal voice and the employee came up to me and said I should ask for a machine a more polite way I said what more polite way you I should say than I want that machine things got heated after I got got pissed off him wanted me to ask in another way than what I said.I asked for company number and manager to complain he would not give but a name Kelly.Other things took place the police was called because the employee put his hands on me after other people putting there two cents in and I was asked to go outside and fight by someone sitting at table.I felt as a Black man some folks think they can talk to anybody any kind of way They got the wrong one today. That employee name is Dennis. All folks who want tolerate any kind of Racism watch out for this place when you go here

I work here and I absolutely LOVE my job!!! The people are wonderful, the atmosphere is kick back and chill, and my coworkers are the best I've ever had!! What's not to love about watching others win at the Oregon Lotterys video poker games?!

The food is outstanding... love the truffle fries. The decor is a bit slap dash, but the food is the star! Best burgers and sandwiches in town by far.

Comfortable for space between machines enabling couples to play at one machine. The Richards by Safeway in Esplanade Shopping Center is my favorite.

AWFUL! The weather was nice, so I decided to walk home from the MAX stop by the Fairgrounds, figuring I could stop and get a club soda or something at one of the places in this strip mall if my arms gave out -- I was returning home from a writers' event for NaNoWriMo, carrying my laptop and a canvas bag from the library. I wasn't sure if I could handle a long walk given that I'd recently had heart surgery -- some days I can handle a lot of activity, some days I can't. Magufy's told me that they just closed, as it was a little after 1:00. So I went to Richard's. The lady behind the counter didn't even give me a chance to say hello. She immediately shouted at me, "Our bathroom is closed! We closed it half an hour ago, because we're going to be closing soon!" I was like um, OK, I really just want something to drink, and since the area behind the counter looked more like a convenience store than a pub, I asked for a bottle of water. Or a soda or something. "We don't sell bottles of water!" Um, OK. Um, well then can I get the address? I'd like to call a Lyft. She gave me a quizzical look, and told me the address. Then another patron asked her how late they were open. She said another half hour. I then asked her if her place is going to be open for another half hour, why would she have closed down the bathroom already, as well as stopped serving bottles of water. She didn't answer me about the bathroom, and shouted: "We don't sell bottles of water!" Um, OK, what about soda? You've got a thingy for fountain drinks right here next to the counter, I guess could I get a cup, and I'll take a look at what soda's you - "We already closed the drink station!" That's when the other patron giggled a bit and said, "I think she's trying to indirectly tell you to get the hell out." So I told her I agreed with him. Why is she being rude and giving me an attitude? Then she really blew up, telling me I should leave. I told her fine, you just lost a customer, I'm going to go outside and call a Lyft. I could hear her through the glass window and door, screaming about me to the other patron as I waited for my ride. What a terrible first impression of this dump. I plan to write a letter to her manager next, as well as the corporate offices as this is apparently a chain with over 200 locations. I'll also be looking into whether they're violating any city ordinances by not having their bathroom open during business hours, especially since they are a pub. Ironic, as I hadn't needed to go to the bathroom in the first place -- city citations though can be a real pisser.

I don't know if it goes by another name but I was at that area so it could have been in a store maybe Thriftway.
