**Id like to preface by saying I hope they get the staffing they need eventually it can't be easy and I sympathize. I've never gotten pissy at them in person. If you want to d*e of old age (or whatever illness you have) waiting for the line to move you've found the right place. But wait if you survive the line, you'll be told to come back in two hours and then it will be ready because they're short staffed; even though you filled it through the app or called the automated voice to refill 5 days ago. My prescription has never been gathered unless I physically wait in line and tell them to fill it; and they'll have me return in 1-2 hours. The app refill and call refill line are USELESS, it's like the pharmacy doesn't even get the notification. If you call, you'll be on hold, cool, whatever; I don't mind being on hold. But then BEEPBEEPBEEP, the line drops the call. You can't leave a call back number, or you'll call and it will say line is busy. My favorite is when the hold music is playing for minutes on end and then it loops you to the main menu, you do it 5 more times and then it just hangs up. Between my husband, son, and myself, we have like 20 meds that need refills constantly. All that being said. The only positive thing I have to say is the cashiers in the front are always nice and courteous.

UPDATED 02/12/24.I had to redo my review as it appears that they are doing alot better with answering the phone. I had called last month to refill and they answered the first go around and then yesterday (2/11/24) I called and again they answered the first go around. So it appears that something was said so I figured I better come and redo my review. Thank you it's quite nice not having to call multiple times like the past. I really appreciate it. I have to call once every month so I'll come back and re-edit my review if needed. Thank you again. ?(Previous review ??)Like others have said the pharmacy is horrible. I understand they are busy but what pharmacy isnt? I have to call in order to check my wife's prescription status due to the type of medication (narcotic) . I have to call multiple times (10-20 times) and maybe someone will answer. At one point I actually had to drive there because no one would answer just to be told a couple more hours, they got the script at 10am and it was 5pm and not even in line yet to be filled. It's outrageous.

The entire store is fantastic! But I must really give some props to the pharmacy..... BECAUSE THEY ROCK!!! It seems everywhere is low on employees and they are not different. They are TRULY doing the best they can, and doing it HONESTLY!!! If you come here, Adam and the rest of the staff will get you taken care of as fast as anyone can. THEY ROCK!!!

Do not go to this pharmacy, they play with the health of the customers.Two women who work in the pharmacy are the most rude people I have ever seen.I have asthma and my doctor left me a lot of my ventolin for almost a year, so I went to get prescriptions for my ventolin ,and first they could not find me in the system and I have been going to that pharmacy for 10 years and then they told me I had no prescription so I insisted that they search well and there they treated me worse and told me to leave.Having Asthma is very dangerous It's Not a jokeI crossed the street and went to my doctor, and what a surprise she told me that I had 10 ventolin is a refill.It is irresponsible of this pharmacy to hire people like this, without any human value and no empathy.Very horrible experience ??

I was really surprised on how unprofessional the pharmacist (Adam) was on the phone. Then to find out he was actually the manager was even more disappointing. My wife called to ask if they had her medication in stock and he continually interrupted and would not let her ask a question. Eventually hung up on her when she got frustrated with his inappropriate attitude and asked to speak to someone else. Then when she called back and tried to talk to someone else, he was the only one working and told her sometimes he needs to interrupt to do his job and then hung up on her again. This is a pharmacy that is controlling medication not some clerk selling toys. Completely ridiculous to deny someone their medication because you are having a bad day and can’t handle your job. It’s not your job to choose who get what, it’s to supply the needed medication to the patient.

Try somewhere else if you can, most stores in the area also have a pharmacy attached.This is a very busy location and the pharmacy is understaffed. Unfortunately this means they do not answer the phone and your prescriptions will be ready late. If you check in on them (in person) they will give you an estimate but it is likely they will still not be ready at that time.Rite-Aid filed for bankruptcy in October so things will likely be worse before they get better, but I hope they do. Glad they still have staff.

The worst pharmacy ever, it took longer than the doctor visit test and wait at urgent care to get only one those of antibiotics for my son even I requested them that my son is sick since last night and he is sitting next to me they don’t care and telling that they are staff shortages but I hear them chatting with other unnecessary and just time pass I don’t why there is no humanity left it’s 8:50 Pm waiting for them and my son is supposed to go to bed at 09:00PM I wish I could see someone and talking to them about this issue!Very disappointed

Purchased two deodorants online for in store pick-up. I was charged a bag fee for each. I asked about the extra bag charge. The clerk said I should have chosen the bring my own bags option at checkout online. Sharing my experience so other customers purchasing online are aware.

Horrible everything. Shelves are empty, the floor was dirty and the woman in the pharmacy has a bad attitude. Their website isn't updated so if you have Kaiser, they will not cover your Covid vaccine but they won't tell you that until you've waited in line for 20 minutes behind six people. The woman kept saying there is nothing I can do and I said well you could say "boy I'm sorry that happened to you" and she didn't. She just kept repeating "There's nothing I can do." Again I told her yes you can say you're sorry that that happened. She stuck with "there's nothing" she can do and then screamed bye. She's lucky I'm on parole. Just kidding I'm not on parole but I wish I had told her that.

If you have no other choice of a pharmacy, you will need to lower your expectations drastically. Phones are never answered. Prescriptions are never filled on time. I guess they are helpless handling. The amount of volume with their current staff level. One good thing to say about them is that the lines move fast.

Im giving this store 2 stars because at least i was able to get someone on the phone to personally deluver the awful customer service. The orher Rite-aid in town doesn't even give the dignity of terrible customer service to your face.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. They refuse to order my medication on time because "it's too expensive" even though I pay for it, and every single time it is a 15 minute wait. Because of this, I just went on vacation without my medication and it impacted my health negatively. But I am sure glad Rite Aid is making money and is able to budget accordingly! Highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy unless you really need it. I wish I had better options nearby.

Incompetent staff, they do not know how to count, let alone do their job. They will short your medication, not call anyone if there is a issue with your meds, say they have a product when asked over the phone, then check when you get there, only to say they dont have it in stock, when you insist they look again they somehow how have it. If I could give negative stars I would.

The pharmacy either doesn't answer or leaves you on hold for up to 40 minutes.... They should hire someone to handle the calls and not leave people on ignore!!!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND DON'T LEAVE PEOPLE ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES!!!!! I am still on hold 27 minutes and COUNTING!!!!!Thank you for the exact response you provide to all the reviews. Pass the buck...
