Worst CPO Experience I’ve Ever Had.
I trusted this dealership and purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda, but from day one, the car had multiple issues: the A/C didn’t work, a floor mat was missing, and the front bumper wasn’t properly attached.
All of these items were marked as “INSPECTED,” which raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of their CPO process.
The bumper issue returned almost immediately and has been a recurring problem for a full year. Instead of taking responsibility, the service department recently told us that we caused the damage and refused to fix it for free, even though the same defect was repaired right after purchase. A couple of months after the first repair, they contacted us, and we informed them that the problem had returned.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering a CPO vehicle from this dealership carefully inspect everything themselves before trusting their “inspection.”

Seth was great to work with. He was professional, responsive and respectful throughout the purchasing process. If he didn't have an immediate answer for us he quickly found it. And no pressure from the finance guy either. I've had good experiences with Royal Moore in the past and if I ever buy another new vehicle I hope it's from Royal Moore.
