There were 2 of us ladies that had 1:00pm appointments. What you did not know was this person brought all of her employees to get vaccinated too. This person didn't tell Safeway personell that she had 22 people that received their vaccination ahead of our appointment! I'm very angry at what happened to both of us. I'm so angry that I don't even want to purchase any more at any Safeway Store in Hillsboro, Oregon. Their are other stores that sell the same items that you sell in Hillsboro, Oregon.
I want to make a suggestion that the salesperson at he desk for picking up prescriptions and directs us to the waiting room when we need a vaccination or an examination that Your personell opens the door for this person and his or her companion to enter and She or He also closes the door after we are inside the waiting room.
Please make the person that takes our information at the sign in go to the door and opens it for us and then he or she closes the door after us.

Called about a month ago to transfer and pick up a prescription and the lady who answered gave me attitude and talked down to me like I’m a child.Tried calling now to transfer away to my job and they did not answer despite calling multiple times and the robot said the mailbox was full and to call again.I’m out of my prescription and can’t get another until they answer the phone.

Safeway pharmacy is a great place to pick up your prescriptions. I will say the pharmacy is a little small in this Safeway, so it might get a little crowded if there's a lot of people waiting. The Safeway Pharmacy is located on the fareback of the Safeway store rghite in the middle of the Bakery and the Butcher Shop. Overall, if you're looking for a great local place to pick up prescriptions or medications, this is a great place for you.

I have spent the past solid week calling several times a day to the Safeway pharmacy in an attempt to transfer my prescriptions to them only to have the pharmacy refuse all calls each and every time. An entire 7 day period calling trying to give them my business without my call being answered once. I guess I should say thanks because obviously they give customers poor service if they refused every single call I made (at various times of day trying to catch them at less busy times). Still out here searching for a mild to mediocre pharmacy to give my business to since my hopes of finding a decent one are gone these days.

Scheduled a Covid and RSV vaccine and showed up early today. Horribly rude pharmacy tech says they do not have the new Covid vaccine. Asked her if I could just have regular booster and she says "I just told you. We don't have any Covid vaccine". Then why did it let me schedule one online? Come to find out my family members have had the same experience with her. Am going to cancel additional vaccines I have scheduled.

Pharmacy has amazing people! Always very friendly and I love how they take time to help you out with other options out on the shelf if they don’t have it in the back. Nancy is an amazing worker here!
