if I could give less stars I would. Fill your tank up at literally any gas station not named "Jackson" , then compare a fill at any Jackson owned gas station. Bet you get wayyyy less fuel efficiency from a Jackson fill up. I mean significantly less. Do I have a theory as to why? Yep , and I bet I'm right.

I ran into the store tonight (6/8/23) to grab a drink and a treat to take to a friend's house. The treat was clearly labeled with a price sticker of $2.99 and the 32oz fountain soda is $1.59. The total should have been $4.58. The cashier never said the total, it never showed up on the card reader and I didn't think anything of it and just swiped. Later that evening when I checked my bank app, I saw that I was charged $7.58. Did the cashier not clear the previous customer's order from the register? Where did the extra $3 come from? I wasn't offered a receipt, I don't have a rewards number and it's only $3, but they shouldn't be overcharging people.

I came here politely asking for premium gas for $15 on September 9, 2022. The store manager working here asked if it was 14 or 15 since he claimed he couldn't identify what I told because of my accent. (How in the world does 15 sound like 14?) He apparently understood me, so, changed that to '15 or 50?', which I answered 15, but still had some issues with his hearing, so, required me to type that into the keypad. Then he forgot the fact that I said premium and raised the question 'regular?' Was he trying to scare away non-white customers from stealing their precious gas? ?

Staff is always friendly even in the. Oddly of the night( I work nights ) Fuel staff shows hustle surprisingly I have seen the same staff here for years so it would seem the management probably doesn't suck so that's cool. Probably why the staff works hard.

Poor service at night, sat there and sat there and still no employee to pump gas, got tired of waiting left and went somewhere else. 1-5 Springfield exit
