Stopped here for some indoor paint and encountered Holden. He was a wealth of information from color to sheen/finish. He was professional and helpful from start to finish. Also, shout out to Matthew, the store manager, who was personable and an additional wealth of information. What a team, and what amazing customer service! We will pass other Sherwin William stores to purchase paint and supplies at this location!

I previously left a review expressing a poor experience I had early this month but the manager Holden made the experience so much better for me by hearing my problem and reconciling the situation with grace and kindness! Will definitely be coming back when I need paint. Thanks guys!

I am new to any DIY anything for my home. I had to get some drywall repaired and needed to get a paint match. I didn’t know what to expect so I went to Sherwin-Williams with no knowledge. Edwin was who helped me and he was so kind and helpful! He explained everything to me in a way I understood. He helped me get everything I needed to paint over the repaired walls. The only thing he could have done to make my experience better was to come to my house and do the painting LOL They have a forever customer!

There staff is knowledgeable and helpful and can get me what i need. If your at another store looking at paint samples take the sample to Sherwin Williams and get that color in a better quality

Feels very hostile when coming in to grab some paint, I’m not a painter but have been helping a buddy out and came to this location and Cornelius which both seemed like their customer service was off and a bit pretentious especially around ethnic people. I think they might need a refresher on compliance training.

I don’t recommend buying from this company or from this location. Ever since the old manager Bill left a year ago everything from customers service to friendly staff left with him. Now the new manager doesn’t even know what he is doing or the workers there. You walk in and all the workers are in the office sitting with the manager and it takes them a couple minutes to come help you out. They have gotten so many paint matches and orders wrong and to top it off you don’t even get a welcome in or a thank you after buying from here. No customer service nothing. Recommend going to the Orenco one or forest grove one.

I was buying paint from Home Depot and Lowe's for many years and found that some of my paint projects just weren't holding up right. Sherwin-Williams has WAY better products and product knowledge in my opinion and it's the only place I buy from now. I am even able to go in and tell them the square footage that I am painting and they quickly compute how much I need which is super helpful. If you are doing an outdoor deck I highly suggest the SuperDeck semi-transparent. It's probably my favorite stain I've used so far!
