Hammad and Carter at Orenco Station provided the most amazing customer service. Hammad helped me select the perfect colors and paint sheen for my exterior by asking me the best questions to solve my painting anxiety with color confidence. Highly recommend Hammad!

Above and beyond customer careI was blown away by the attention to my proyect. I was impressed at the camaraderie of the staff with each other. Very professional.I live in Portland but eill travel to this Hillsboro’s store for all my paint needs

Tyler (the assistant Manager) is a deterrent to using this store.I'll layout my situation and you can judge for yourself.I asked that he mix Skyline Gray (I guess it is actually Skyline Steel). Though I have ordered it 5 other times in the last 2 months, and it is in my account that he pulled up before mixing, he miss mixed it. I went back and asked that he fix it, to which he said it was my issue (the Skyline Grey was a competitor color and that he mixed that option --- note the computer pulls up Skyline Steel as their color and he didn't even ask if this is what I meant. I have googled Skyline Grey -- Chrysler is the only one I can find that makes that color --- so I can only surmise he is lying. He refused to make it right -- I guess the employee is right at this point in the failing of our service industry. Needless to say, I am not using Sherwin Williams anymore -- we had spent in the $10s of thousands with them in the last several years but loyalty is a two way street.

I highly recommend using paint with primer in it. It is so easy to work with. An armature can pull off a professional look.

I didn't make a purchase yet but my experience here was great. I was looking for samples for an accent wall. The associate was very helpful and informative. He also let me browse without hovering. I took at least 10 samples and I didn't feel greedy. I plan on returning to get a few more samples for a front door.
