Can this store remove the lock from the restroom? The staff was very rude, took five minutes to unlock the door, and told me the restroom is not a high priority.

I was surprised by the manager’s attitude towards me during a return. I didn’t care much whether they would return the items since I didn’t have a store receipt and they were relatively low cost items. She was unnecessarily rude during the process. No time for that - I’ll just shop somewhere else.

This might be one of the worst retail experiences I've had. I bought several items from Sierra and it took an hour to get checked out. Frustrating but no big deal. I get home and notice a hole in one of my items. Not thinking an exchange would be a big deal so, I put it my truck to go back the next time I'm on that side of town. I forgot my receipt but thinking like for like it be no big deal. I was wrong. No exchanges at all. Returns and resale only with receipt. Save the time and buy on Amazon. Found the shirts for the same price and didn't have to deal with the stupidity.
