I tried to get a phone from T-Mobile by calling their 800 number. I got someone who could barely speak English so I asked for another person. The next person that came on the line their English was even worse than the first unintelligible. So I go into the store thinking I'll get better service. Wrong! The people they got working there are so damn dumb they don't know anything. The worst part of it was their promotional prices require a contract and auto pay. If you pay by check they charge more which is unfair. I tried T-Mobile before and had a bad experience even years ago I thought I would give them another try but it was just the same. So I go to Verizon. The same crappy customer service and bad deals. So I go over to Mint mobile. Same thing. Crappy customer service, contracts, they raise your price incrementally and want to set you up with auto pay. All these companies are doing the same thing. So I finally go to Consumer cellular. No contracts there. The pricing was competitive. They still want you to sign up for auto pay but at a lot less money. So far so good with consumer cellular. I recommend trying consumer cellular over T-Mobile or Verizon or Xfinity or Comcast. I've done my research.

Love the services here. The only thing lacking this high class treatment was chilled glad of champagne. Seriously every promotion you can speak of was offered to me .. I saved more that 70% of pay mobile providers set up deals. Great DATA. A must have. The sales consultants/ Customer Representatives knocked it out of the water!

I was having phone issues, and l was very confused. Money was an issue of course. The manager on duty, his name was Jay. He was so patient and so professional. He went out of his way to offer me options, That fit my lifestyle. ..EXCELLENT Customer Service...Thank you Jay, you are greatly appreciated...

I have always had a great time with T-mobile being my service provider, but after dealing with this store, I strongly suggest that future clients don't come here.I had broken my phone and I needed it replaced, but they had changed my plan entirely without my knowledge, and on top of that they told me I had 30 days to return my phone if I did not like it. I come back to exchange my phone and they turn me away saying it's 14 days. I then call customer service and speak to a manager there. The customer service manager tells me, the Manager at the store will honor it. I come back a second time and the manager wouldn't honor it, and he also blamed me by telling me I should have gotten a receipt, which I did not the first time. Just spoke to customer service once again, who says that the manager in fact can honor purchases up to 30 days. So the manager and the sales representatives are completely unprofessional and on top of that sneaky.Definitely switching carriers. If anyone is curious the sales rep last 3 ID number is 916 and the managers last 3 ID numbers is 985.Even if you want to exchange your phone within the 14 days, they can charge you up to $300.Now I am paying for two phones, one that I do not even enjoy and have a completely different plan.Will definitely be putting up a filing a complaint with corporate about how unprofessional this store is and that the employees are trained terribly.

JT went above and beyond switching my phone carrier and patiently waited and assisted with issues I was having with Apple. Even though this took a long time, he never made me feel rushed. He helped me set up my new phone, T-mobile app and Netflix. The process took about 2.5 hours (mostly due to my Apple issues) but was not a painful process due to the amazing customer service JT provided! I would recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone!!

The store employees should be more honest instead of just trying to make a dollar the chubby dude in there charges you activation fees and all kinds of extra fees that don’t apply just so he could pocket the money. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and he ended up charging me extra fees that didn’t even apply or I didn’t have to pay.No los recomiendo esta tienda el muchacho gordo que trabaja allí nomás les cobra demás para quedarse con el dinero la recomiendo que vayan a otra tienda de t mobile

Very helpful. Had to transfer the SIM chip to my new device and the slot was stuck. Pretty much rescued the situation.

While we were being helped I sat and watched as these young men deal with customers. These guys handled these people with smiles and compassion for each person that came in. It was very genuine. I was very happy to see some people really do take customer service seriously! I applaud all 3 of these young men here today. Jay and JT were helping others and Alejandro was very helpful and knowledgeable about our service. Thank you for this great experience in compassion.

As a T-Mobile customer, I have been extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. For the past six months, I have consistently been overcharged on my bill, despite multiple visits to the store and calls to customer service. On each occasion, I have been told that the issue would be resolved and that the changes would take effect within 48 hours. However, every time, nothing has changed and I have continued to be overcharged.The lack of action on T-Mobile's part to rectify this issue is completely unacceptable. Not only have I had to waste my time and effort repeatedly trying to resolve the issue, but I have also lost money due to their errors. The fact that this issue has been allowed to continue for six months is a clear indication of T-Mobile's lack of concern for their customers and their overall incompetence.I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone based on my negative experience with their billing and customer service. It is clear that they are not able to provide reliable and satisfactory service, and I will be switching to a different provider as soon as possible.
