If you have a technical issue, I would recommend you to try other stores.I had a technical issue. Waited for a long time to talk to someone. The employees were not able to help and were coming up with excuses, asking me to call the customer support to make changes on my account. They did zero troubleshooting.I went to another store in Tanasbourne, they did not mention anything about the account, did a couple of troubleshooting, and fixed the issue in 10 min.I give them one star coz one of them brought a chair while I was waiting. (Yeah they do not have any seats in their store either)

I've been a long time customer with T-mobile. Went in due to a cracked screen to see what my options would look like. I was only given 2 options take a promo that would take $800 off the purchase price of the phone but raise my bill by almost $100. Second opinion is to contact the insurance, pay $100 to have a replacement shipped over night. I asked what my plan would look like without the promo and that's where I was met with rude customer service. He told me that if I did it without the promo my bill would be cheaper, but I'd have to pay full price for the phone which was fine by me. But he refused to tell me the rest of the details and basically refused to sell me a phone. Extremely disappointed.

I was so feed up with our XFINITY we were with them for 4 yrs n forget about Metro so we went to T-Mobile on tualtin highway Hillsboro Oregon we met with Forrest he was so knowledgeable kind and very very patient and we were there only to buy one phone we came out of the store with 2 phone plus two watches n a home wifi system with 2 $200 gift cards that will be in the mail that we can have deposited in our bank plus $50 for our new wifi we r so excited n happy with T-moblie n Forrest there sales representative he was awesome I truely recommend T-moblie n a 10+ for Forrest for taking such good care of us n informing us of all the plans so we could choose the best one to suit our needs were very happy customers

Service was alright but kind of slow. The workers seem to care more about what they are going to do later than to assist customers. There could be 7 workers and only one would be on the floor. Whats the point? If you’re just going to hide in the back the entire time. I just wanted to be done and leave in all honesty.

The Mexican girl there, she had more attention to her nails than she did to customer service. She was very lazy and so was the environment from the other employees. DO BETTER.

We've had great experiences in the past at this location. The one that stood out for us during our most recent visit was with mobile expert named Allen; he's awesome! He made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with knowledge and great customer service attitude. He was patient with us and sincere. Unlike the agents at the location near Hillsboro DMV - they always made us feel rushed and as if they didn't want to work.

As a T-Mobile customer, I have been extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. For the past six months, I have consistently been overcharged on my bill, despite multiple visits to the store and calls to customer service. On each occasion, I have been told that the issue would be resolved and that the changes would take effect within 48 hours. However, every time, nothing has changed and I have continued to be overcharged.The lack of action on T-Mobile's part to rectify this issue is completely unacceptable. Not only have I had to waste my time and effort repeatedly trying to resolve the issue, but I have also lost money due to their errors. The fact that this issue has been allowed to continue for six months is a clear indication of T-Mobile's lack of concern for their customers and their overall incompetence.I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone based on my negative experience with their billing and customer service. It is clear that they are not able to provide reliable and satisfactory service, and I will be switching to a different provider as soon as possible.

My husband and I were having a horrible time trying to get our information transferred from our old phones to our new ones. (We upgraded our phones directly through Sprint and they were sent in the mail. ) We went in to the store hoping to get some suggestions. Robert was AMAZING! He didn't hesitate to help and showed us a different way to transfer our information- it wasn't problem free but he was patient and persevered! Robert, thank you so much for the help and patience you showed, even though you weren't getting a sale out of it. You saved our sanity! We were ready to try percussive maintenance-?.

If you haven't considered T-Mobile, you should do it now! You will find friendly, knowledgible representatives who can get you the best cell phone service for the best price! I have been with T-Mobile for 25 years and they have my highest recommendation.

I mean my gripes with T-Mobile are the same across the board for all cell phone carriers in that phones are just much too expensive and def not worth all the money being shoveled out to pay for them. But it does bother me that there aren’t deals for existing customers and all they care about is getting new business all the time. And btw, these stupid phones are not an “investment” if they’re not worth anything by the time you finish paying for them. Just insane!

The folks at this store try to be helpful, but T-Mobile's billing is awful and the staff at this location can't seem to fix it. We signed up for T Mobile in September 2021 and have been happy with the service, pricing, and coverage since then, but the billing has been an absolute nightmare. It is now January 2022 and the monthly billing is still not correct. I've wasted at least 5 hours of my time trying to fix it. I'm on the phone with them right now about the January bill. This is the seventh or eighth time, I think, but it could be more. I've called so many times I've lost track. We were supposed to get two free phones as part of the promotion available when we signed up. They have consistently charged us for one of the two phones each month as well as other random charges that varied month to month. Each month the give me credit for the wrong charges and say it is fixed, but then the next bill comes and it still isn't correct. At this point I have a hard time recommending T-Mobile due to these billing problems.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for almost three years and have been happy with their customer service. I'm switching carriers because there is no reason I should be in downtown Portland, Oregon and have no cell phone service. I was also at another location, and everyone was on their cell phones and again I had no service. This is just crazy, and I guess this is why they are cheaper than some of the other cell phone carriers.

I brought in my T-Mobile wifi Modem into the shop because I had issues. I was explaining the issues to the rep Angela & the whole time she seem liked she didn’t care about what I had to say & rolled her eyes at me couple times & yawned. She only perked up when I was done talking & she was explaining how to return it & to remember leave review how she did. She needs to work on her customer service skills & how she interacts with customers. One of the worse experiences I have had, what a joke!

T-Mobile is trash! You forced us to get new phones because of 5G. It is suppose to be way faster...well what happened?! I have never had a slower service, I feel like I'm on dial-up. This service will NOT work unless I'm on wifi! This is horrible...you deserve NO stars!
