I went into T-Mobile to see what plans and promotions they had available. We ended up making the switch from Verizon and Betty made it painless. She was patient, helpful, and enjoyable to work with! Betty was knowledgeable about all of the plans/products which helped us save over $2000, not including the $600 in rebates. In under 2 hours we left with new Apple Watches and iPhones.If you're thinking about making the switch, do yourself a favor and work with Betty!

Went in after speaking to a rep who had assured me I qualified for an Apple watch promotion. So I ended up getting the watch with the promotion in mind and I just recently received the bill statement and of course not only did they add a line of service which I already knew and expected would be on the bill but the rep didn’t even put the promotion on my plan after he stated he did and that I would see it reflect on my bill. So I had to get on the phone with customer service to get issue fixed. I really dislike the dishonesty and lack of transparency.

I closed my free trial 5G network account within 3 days. I got charged 35$ setup fee and 50$ months fee. Spending few hours on the phone with no help. I will go to the store again (3rd time in two weeks) to fix my free trial issue.

An associates named Devon was extremely polite, knowledgeable and utmost patient. He spent an hour to help with my phone problems and set up my wife's new phone bought from him. He's a great presentative for T-Mobile. Much thanks, Devon.

Iphone charger was broken out of the box on a new pro max, store refused to replace it and accused me of trying to take advantage of them.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Devon at the T-Mobile store. Devon's knowledge about the products and services was impressive, and they went out of their way to make sure I had all the information I needed. Moreover, Devon's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. It's employees like Devon that truly enhance the customer experience. Highly recommend!

The Customer Service here is amazing and extremely helpful! Not only did the workers here help fix the problems I was having on my phone but gave me a few different options on what steps I would like to take next! They treat you great here. I %110 recommend this location:)

Wanting business internet, we walked into this T-Mobile store with less than high expectations after being less than satisfied with CenturyLink. T-Mobile rep Betty Aranda assured us that T-Mobile internet for business would work at our home office. While there, she did some much needed work on my iPhone 13. Whatever she did, it works better than it ever has. Then, when we got back to the office we plugged in the T-Mobile router. Bam! Instant Wi-Fi at blazing speed.Thanks Betty for all of your help!

This place made a mistake where they should have let me return my old phone - on the same day as instructed by one of the team members, but instead I need to come back tomorrow (which will be the third time total) due to how their system is set up. Terrible customer care and support. This should have been a quick process to upgrade.

So we try to add some watches and a phone line onto my account online and was having issues. We came in to the store on September nineteenth at 10:40 am. Upon waiting in line, we was dealing with Sean and it couldn't have been any worse of service from him. He was saying that since I had disconnected a line a couple months ago That we could not add our devices with promotions or anything. Upon trying to explain to him that I have already checked and it is fine. He continued to get smart with me and call me a liar.When I tried to explain to him that I have already been through this and already know, He again called me a liar. I gave him 3 opportunities to just continue being disrespectful before I said never mind, I will just go to the other store.He then proceeded to say he was going to note all this in my account. And I told him that he is not authorized to add anything to my account and Immediately log out which he ignored.At the end of the day, he cost his store as well as his self Multiple device purchases and commissions .... Because as I tried to explain to him. The other store had no issues at all. And I got the device as requested. In my opinion, he almost caused me to leave T-Mobile altogether. And I feel he should be reprimanded and I should be contacted.

I went in on Monday 09/04 to inquire about new service. What appeared to be a frequent customer walked in greeting the employees by name and he asked if they could help him put a screen protector on. I believe the store manager Edna quickly intervened and quickly turned him down. She laughed and was being snarky when he stated they had put on screen protectors for him before. She stated if he hadn’t purchased it there, they couldn’t help him although he was a regular. He was visibly upset and left. Although this policy may be true, there is a way to speak to customers without belittling them. I’m sure he will not come back based off the way he was treated by her and I will certainly not be opening up service at this location. Because of this little interactions, two customers were lost. Maybe provide additional training for your team members to reduce these types of interactions.
