if you’re looking for a quiet place to live or work from home, I would not recommend this complex. It’s noisy, overpriced, and management hasn’t been responsive to reasonable concerns.
I moved into this apartment with the understanding that I’d be working from home and needed a quieter unit. I made this clear when signing the lease and was told the top floor would be the quietest option. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
The building is part of a group of four that share a central courtyard where all maintenance activities take place — including trash collection, cleaning, and landscaping. These activities are very loud and frequent. One of the most disruptive issues is the use of extremely loud leaf blowers, often when there are no visible leaves on the ground. I raised concerns about this and was told it’s a contractual requirement for safety, but it still feels excessive and inconsiderate, especially for residents working remotely.

I took a tour here recently. Sky was very friendly and took the time to show me multiple available apartments. Teserra is a nice apartment community and the staff is friendly. Recommend this!

I moved into a 1B1B apartment at Tessera at the end of December 2024. I’m happy here. I like the apartment layout. It’s cozy, exquisite, large kitchen area. Price is fair for all they provide. The location is convenient to shops and work. The agent is very friendly.

I recently moved into Tessera at Orenco Station, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The community is clean, well-maintained, and provides a quiet, comfortable living environment. One of the standout aspects is the friendly and professional leasing staff—Chanell, Sean, and Chloe have been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my entire moving process, which was especially important since I relocated from out of state.
The maintenance team is prompt in addressing requests, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. The location is also a major plus, with easy access to Orenco Station, shops, and other conveniences. The apartment tour and move-in process were seamless, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
If I had to point out one minor drawback, it would be the garage parking situation. It would be great if entry were more regulated, as unauthorized vehicles sometimes occupy parking spots. I hope management takes steps to improve this.
Overall, I highly recommend Tessera at Orenco Station to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

I lived here for around 6 months. I would like to thank Chanell, Chloe and all the team at Tessera. They were great in communication and super helpful to any issues or needs with the apartment. They helped ease my move in and move out process.
Very prompt in fixing any issues with the apartment.

Great place! Very helpful and responsive staff, great facilities, and the location is excellent - right by the station and the main road but a few steps away so still calm and quiet.

Sean Duenas the manager here is very kind, caring and always so helpful. I lived at this location for 7 years and have nothing but good things to say about this beautiful place. The staff here really care and go beyond and above to make sure they take good care of their tenants. I’m forever grateful!!

Moved in recently from out-of-state, and the process has been seamless. The apartment itself is fantastic, and the leasing staff are wonderful. A quiet, safe neighborhood, in walking distance to many amenities.

Just recently I moved into this apartment. The leasing staff is great and super helpful. After returning my inspection checklist Maintenance worker quickly fixed all issues. Great looking apartments. Walking distance to several good restaurants and coffee joints.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and the new management team is by far the best! Very professional, courteous and prompt with all requests. All the building items that were broken or not working have been fixed, hallways have been repainted and no longer smell of animal waste. Plus, they were able to effectively conduct a fire alarm inspection without the alarms going off for hours. Super helpful for those of us who work from home. Can’t say enough great things about the staff!!
