Great customer service, helpful and friendly. U-Haul makes it cheap and easy to rent an appliance dolley. This store also has a large selection of moving supplies like boxes (tv, wardrobe, various sizes), mattress and furniture covers, and bubble wrap.

Super sweet young lady working the counter, she definitely knows her job. Very funny young feller with multicolored hair was also sweet and helpful.

I rented a truck one way from SE Portland to somewhere in Hillsboro. I needed the truck a couple extra days and stayed in touch with U-Haul. They were able to accomodate me fully and the person at this location played a key role. The truck rental cost less than I expected and there was zero hit and runs and zero accidents. The trucks might not be mega beasts but they'll get your things from A-Z. Even my gas bill was less than I expected. If only they had more medium boxes at the store I visited.

Awesome staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Place is clean. Well maintained. They gave UHauls and moving/storage supplies. Prices are very reasonable, as well.

Outstanding service! Best of both worlds as they have uhauls and a storage facility combined. Made it convenient for me to store my sell items while I moved. They also transferred what I spent on the uhaul to my 1st months storage bill...top notch! 5?

This is a great place! The best customer service and security I have dealt with in Oregon!!! The manager is super active in greeting people and keeping the place maintained and making sure no one is doing anything that is shady!!! Really clean and secure facility!!!
