Have rented from this location multiple times, 5 stars every time! Employees are polite and professional, vehicles are clean and in good condition, and pick-up/drop-off has been smooth every time. This store gets an A+ from me.

I am absolutely impressed with the service here. Malik helped me at the front and out of all people he has been the most delightful to be attended by. Others have been helpful as well but Malik went above and beyond. He ensured I was taken care of when I got the keys to a truck that wasn’t available. I’m happy to stop by every time

Super great experience! When I pick up the U-Haul truck, both guys are super welcoming and informative. Told me everything I needed to know efficiently.During drop off, Malik helped me and he was also efficient and answered all the questions I have. He also solved another gentleman's issue professionally. He is clearly very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back here again when I need a U-haul. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience!

Awful customer service experience, with the exception of Jayden. She was kind and helpful. The other gentlemen on the phone was extremely rude, did not listen and even after multiple times on the phone saying we really did want two trucks for the weekend, one of the orders was continually cancelled and considered a duplicate. They also waited until 25 minutes before Uhaul’s own 24hr policy of not changing your order was up, to tell us we were going to have to go to a new, farther away location to get the truck that we had already gotten a confirmation call about 3 days prior.

It was a last minute reservation / rental, reserved online which was easily done online. The rep was able to pull up my reservation immediately and was able to equip me as desired very quickly, no muss, no fuss. He was very friendly and maintained a nice conversation.The only 2 problems; 1. The online account did not communicate that the credit card I entered on the web site was not charged for the rental - not a huge problem, a little momentary confusion which the rep quickly explained and 2. It wasn't clearly explained that I would be completing the return on my own with no help. Had I understood that, I would have read the little hand out the rep gave me. Instead, I used the sign at the check-in tent which was slow to go through. The actual process was fairly easy and certainly was an improvement over having to wait till the next day to return my rental.Thank you for the service.

Building customer loyalty and customer service starts at the top as a commitment to all departments including advertising. This is not the case at Uhaul. Their prices for their services do not accurately reflect what customers will be charged. I was also charged 3 separate times for the rental amount. I don't think this is necessary. In the year 2023, customers can handle the truth if you tell them up front. This could be deemed deceptive advertising and the potential exists that a class action law suit could be launched and awarded buy a court.

I rented a trailer and bought the insurance to cover the trailer and contents. On July 15 my car and the trailer were stolen. My car was recovered and declared a total loss. The trailer was not attached. As far as I know the trailer has never been recovered.I have contacted them multiple times to start the process to be paid for the trailer contents. I keep getting told the manager will contact me but they never do. Insurance is no good if they won't start the process.

The customer service at this location is wonderful! Staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. I've rented a dolley, truck and trailer here in the past year, each experience has been very smooth, easy and pretty cheap.

The cab of the van was filthy. Someone’s dirty old sock, both seats liberally festooned with dog hair, spills on the floor, dust on the dash, spills in the cup holders… I informed the individual (who had to bring me the key because it was *not* already in the van per the mobile check-in) and even though I said the cab was dirty, he asked if I meant the back…I ended up having to go inside because the website froze and would not let me advance to the check photos section, even after I was sent a new link. So, no time saving using the mobile check-in.Other than the yucky condition of the cab, the van drove and ran fine. For such a large vehicle, its turning radius was much tighter than expected. The a/c worked well, the mirrors were adjustable enough to serve a short person, and there were no issues with engine/drivetrain.

I always use this location. I've moved several times in the beaverton and hillsboro area the last seven times and this location is consistently the friendliest staff and easiest experience.

Ordered packing boxes and supplies online and paid for them in full. When I went to pick them up they did not have the supplies I ordered! I was told they have been out of those supplies for a long time. Meaning they are advertising and taking money for items they do not have. I got a refund and a too bad for you attitude from them. Seriously?! What a huge waste of my time while trying to pack and move.Side note also got to hear them hiring someone, as they were doing that at the front counter very loudly. So very unprofessional.
