Partnering with US Linen was certainly a good decision. The management team has been helpful and offer the support I need. Far better than previous experiences with similar companies. Working for US Linen has been a great pleasure and I'm looking forward to many years to come.

We have been with this company for 3 1/2 years and up until 2 months ago I would have given them a 4 star rating.The reason I switched to US Linen was my last uniform company kept on raising the prices every 3 months, so I would have to write them a letter telling them I didn't approve of the increase and they would lower it back down and credit my account which would take months.Even though US Linen was charging me 15% more than my previous uniform company, I switched to US Linen. My reason for changing companies was to avoid the constant battle with the price increases. The US Linen sales person told me and what I read in the contract is they would only raise the prices once a year 5% or the CPI index which ever is higher.For 3 years every October, US Linen raised my prices 5% on every charge, which was fine. Then 2 months ago they raised their non-garment fees again after the October 2021 increase. I spoke with the sales rep and was told "read my contract", I told him I did read the contract and it states US Linen can raise prices once a year, which is what I was told. I didn't hear back.I don't do business with companies that don't tell the truth and you shouldn't either.

Michael is our service person and he is the best! Our site is pretty complicated with 2 accounts in 3 buildings and he stays on top of it. Keep up the good work!
