Rina was so helpful in helping me navigate my options on my loan options. I recently had to get work done on my car and didn’t have the funds to pay off the work. Within 72 hours of applying, I got approved for a loan and a credit card, and it has been deposited by the 3rd day!
Thank you so much Rina, it truly means a lot to me and my family. Getting financially on track, having an amazing bank experience, relieved so much weight off my shoulders. Thank you!

Was ok at first. Now every 3 months minimum, I get fraud calls, alerts, and have had to get new cards repeatedly.

I moved a year and a half ago and needed to find a new local credit union. An attorney acquaintance recommended Unitus.
In so glad I joined! From the get go I’ve loved the customer service and products they provide.
I decided recently to utilize their financial advisors. Not only did Rina (Tanasbourne Branch) help me set up a financial plan, but she educated me on the products they have to help me reach my goals more quickly!
In this day and time of so much uncertainty, one thing I can say for sure is that Im certain I made the right choice in choosing Unitus.

Terrible customer service. I mean just awful. The girls at the front were not welcoming and they treated me as if I was bothering them. They also did a lot of whispering, which I find off. Dealing with our money should be a transparent process. The manager, or whoever she was, wasn’t any better. Thank goodness for the online branch who was helpful and redeemed my first experience with Unitas. Very disappointing. Don’t be customer facing if you don’t like helping customers. It’s really that easy.

I have accounts at 4 different banks, including Unitus, and Unitus beats them all by far. Friendly staff and great service every time.

I am hesitatnt to post this but: Stuck 1000miles out of town with a blcoked card cause of a mistake over the weekend. Nobody on the callcenter in "Timbuktu" wants to help to remove the block or overnight us a card because they dont care!?. Will unitus compensate us for being homeless in 120° weather in Vegas while they are unwilling to unblock the card and allow us access to our funds so we can drive home? But for sure we will be switching banking institutions when we are back. This can't be it, its a simple fix and we've been expierienceing card issues quite often. VERY UPSET!

When COVID hit they denied me service portal to my bank, they allowed me beforehand. I was forced to used the ATM instead. The ATM system was working good until they updated the system. Now the ATM is lousy trash. It kicks my checks out and I always have to fight with it. Don't go here they discriminate and the ATM system is trash now.

We have banked with Unitus for over 20 years. Have had multiple accounts, mortgages, credit cards, and business accounts. We tried to make an appointment to set up a business account and when we called it would put us on hold and then hang up. We tried more than once, and just decided to go in person to the Tanasborne branch. We were greeted by a woman behind a plastic shield, wearing a mask and gloves. (she has ever right to use a mask, but when I asked to use a restroom I was told I had to go outside and up to a different floor because the other restrooms were closed to customers). She was very rude when she asked why we didn’t have an appointment, there were no other customers in the bank. We told her about the phone system and was told we should have scheduled an appointment online. She insisted on Id, which is fine, I understand the security but it was how rude she went about it. We were able to see someone about the business acct, but again, all the employees seem very afraid of being face to face with people and we’re very rude. I understand if you are worried but don’t work with the public then.We are considering a different credit union, one with better customer service!
