This office consistently does not deliver packages to my home, then demands I come pick them up. They say I can reschedule delivery, but say I need a tracking number which they never provide on their dumb slip on my door. You can NEVER reach a real person on the phone.

I sent a package and it was misdelivered. Spoke with several USPS people and since it was scanned delivered they didn't do anything more. I'm very disappointed with the response to the carriers mistake. There was no accountability.

I love this post office: all the agents are kind and friendly and knowledgeable. Even when the lines are long, they make sure everyone gets well taken care of.

Mai saved my life today. She was so helpful in making sure my tax documents were mailed the right way. Great attention to detail. She was also so patient. And kind! The line has been pretty much out the door all day and she was the only one working the register, yet she had such a kind and professional attitude. I am very satisfied

Your website clearly stated that you can print a label for a customer to ship their mail. This is NOT true according to your VERY rude employee. Perhaps you should fix your website to be correct

Terrible, came for passport but they told me my id was not “valid” so I went to the dmv to get the “valid” id and they told me my id is valid and told me to go to the public service office because the post office people are not helpful, where then I was able to get my passport without having to suspend my so called not “valid” id. They also made us come 10 minutes before the appointment time and made us wait for 30+ minutes which then the lady came and gave absolutely terrible service, attitude, and tone. And she didn’t help us after making us wait 30+ minutes.

I paid with my credit card to change my address and went into this office with the barcode and my valid driver license to prove who I am and I thought my address was changed until I got home and in my email was a message that they still need more information to prove who I am and that they are not changing my address! Well what a waste of time gas money and I complained to corporate and they didn't care. The USPS is broken hard and I'd love to see them out of business soon!

Just went in there to try and send something. This lady said they are closed even though it was open and it is not 5 o clock yet. She said it takes too long to ship what I wanted to ship. Not 5 O clock yet lady, stick to the time.

EBay shipping Tracking said my package is delivered, but the post office desk worker "Wayne" said the package was not "put away yet"(so I assume it was in some large bin cart, not yet sorted through)..., and left me no explanation whatsoever and NO help at all as to receiving it or acquiring it. (I was told to basically move aside and nobody can help me, even though I waited through the line for 20 minutes!) And then i asked for a manager and "Wayne" said that there was No manager. I felt alienated & Discriminated against.
As I was writing this review, this short Oriental lady came forward from the back and found my package immediately and I was off.
