I’ve come here for mani’s, pedi’s and waxes. Because this salon is the closest to where I live, I’ve given them several chances because I want to have a good experience with them. Unfortunately, I can tell you that it’s never consistent, and always a hit or miss depending on who you get. You either get a really good experience or really bad experience. And for their prices, that’s risky. And about their prices, they aren’t listed anywhere and you never know how much you’re going to pay, unless you ask. And most of the time, it’s also not consistent and changes depending on what nail tech you get.
If you must go here, I recommend finding someone you like, and sticking with them, even if you have to wait weeks because they are often booked out. The best experience I’ve had here, was with Nikki. Also, the front desk lady isn’t very friendly and treats you more like a bother than anything else. I’ve completely switched over to another salon for these reasons. I’m giving them a high 2 for my rating.

My daughter & I were able to walk-in and get appointments for each of us with very little wait time. She had a pedicure and I had my nails filled. We were both very pleased with our services and our gals we had!! We are always greeted with a smile and the customer service is wonderful. It’s always clean and a nice atmosphere. We’ve been coming for several years now and the prices are very reasonable.

I love this salon, but they were busy today and I completely understand, but that doesn't mean I should have gotten a poor pedicure. I NEVER, complain about anything, but today I was disappointed . I paid for a deluxe pedicure and shellac... $63
No cuticle trim, not nail trim ... I get pedicures for the maintenance of my nails, the massage is an extra. I hate to make this review but I need too. Kelly, a tech at Vive is amazing. She was booked today. But, if I'm going to pay almost $100 for a pedicure, I don't want to have to get another in a week.

I have been going to Vive Nails for two years now and I can’t express how great this place is! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing and most importantly very clean! Tommy is amazing - He always does my nails exactly how I want them! My nails and toes always look fabulous because of Tommy! Their prices are also very reasonable for both pedi and mani!

My nails and pedi were good. My mom's pedi was not good at all. The girl with orange stripes in her hair did a poor job on the cut, polish (one coat) and left polish on the toes. One big toe was left longer than the other. Also paying for file kits is sad for those that live out of state.

The Vive Salon is a wonderful business. Everyone is friendly and all of the nail techs do excellent work.
Cleanliness: Very thorough in this regard. Each foot bowl is lined with its own plastic bag for that client - then that’s removed after the feet are done soaking. Safe and clean for each person.

We have gone there twice so far . We bring my mom as she doesn’t get out of the house much. We love our manicures and pedicures . We enjoy our time together there . They offer drinks ( alcoholic and non -alcoholic ) they are all sweet and do a wonderful job!
