Came to pick up and emergency prescription, person at the desk was extremely hostile and nit serviceable. Refused to answer if the prescription in the system or even check. Had me wait 30 minutes before even checking. No one was in line

I had downloaded the Walgreens app, and ordered some pictures to be printed from my phone. It worked out well. The pictures were ready to be picked up the next morning.

The staff is very organized extremely fast and answers any question I have . They even have a drive though. I've used a lot of pharmacies this is by far the best and I will continue to use Walgreens.

Best Pharmacy in Washington county. I had major issues with the last two pharmacies I used from not filling my refills to taking up to 3 days to get a refill I was always having an issue. Walgreens is very professional and extremely fast . The staff is delightful too.

The pharmacy service is just BAD! Everything is slow or a problem. They always seem understaffed. Returned a call to them today and was on hold 10 min and nothing. It would ring and they just keep putting me back on Hold. Finally gave up!

This location does not keep appointment times. I had a vaccine appointment at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:15 and checked in at the counter, as instructed. At 5:05, I still had not been helped. I had to leave to keep other appointments. 50 minutes, waiting for an appointment I scheduled over a week ago.

Absolute worst service (customer) I’ve ever seen. Was told by the head pharmacist to do several things before she would fill 5 pain pills for my daughter, and after 4 hours of running back and forth for a ID, mail, and a new hard copy, she decided after I jumped through all her hoops, she wasn’t comfortable filling the five tablets!? I’m beyond livid and what a power hungry woman, I hope she loses her job and finds another outside the customer service department because she is a real treat!
