Worthless location. Never staffed and manager is useless past greeting people.

My parents went in to close their account. The associate did not check their identification and handed them their cash in aenvelope without counting it. My mom had to ask her to count the money in front of her. And even after physically going in to close the account, we had to call Wells Fargo the next day to make sure it is closed. Nothing here makes sense.

Zero Stars! My entire family is closing their accounts with Wells Fargo after my last interaction with the Hillsboro Branch Manager. I was profiled because of the industry I work in and belittled by him if front of a bank full of people. Very unprofessional; To talk to anyone the way he did, especially in his position, is outrageous! I contacted his boss as he did not count my change back to me or give me a ledger documenting the transaction, but rather left me standing at a desk with my money strewn across the table ($540 in $1’s, $5’s and change). Then he had the audacity to tell me repeatedly that I needed to leave as he walked away while I rushed to collect my money. Unbelievable.***UPDATE: David, his manager, is also a professional “Mansplainer”? ? I will not be contacting you care department either; What a waste of time. Seems like the response is just a bot that has the exact same response to every negative review. You don’t care about your long time customers. DONE with Wells Fargo!

Called 2x and can't get through to anyone at 9:50am on Wednesday. I'm in Forest Grove and it takes me 30 minutes to drive in and I would need to take time off of work, so I wanted to check beforehand. Why don't they have a hold option that won't hang up on you, if their bankers are constantly busy?

If you have cash to deposit don't bring it here they will refuse to count it. We emptied our daughters piggy bank to deposit into her account and they refused to help us and told us they don't need our business that bad. Wells Fargo gives itself a bad name. We pay $19 a month to have an account here for what? They can't even county money? We will be closing all of our accounts with Wells Fargo now but apparently they don't care.

This bank has rude employees who completely lack in customer service. Would not recommend.

When I came to the bank to make a transaction I was asked to put a mask on, which I did. It was slightly below my nose and the teller told me to pull it up. I told her that I have glasses (they fog up) and a medical condition so I can't do that. I told her I am exempt. She is in violation of the ADA right there. She became very rude and decided to tell me that I have to leave and then she's going to call the cops. Then the teller next to her said that she can refuse me service and that I need to leave and go to a different branch. She then decided to call the cops and have a cop show up all because I didn't put my mask over my nose. This is absolutely ridiculous it's horrible customer service and I will be contacting their corporate office and filing a formal complaint. The manager was present at the time and sat there and didn't do anything about it. I don't know the name of the woman who was helping me but they refused to tell me who their names were but they were working on February 17 at 4 PM. I believe one of the managers name is Armando. This is not the policy of Wells Fargo. This is simply an employee who was on a power trip. Word of advice for any businesses the customer is always right. It's not worth getting a horrible review and having corporate complaint filed because someone won't put a mask over their nose. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's not the law they don't even know what they're talking about. A mandate says that a business I supposed to post a sign asking people to wear a mask on the front door and make a reasonable effort to ask a customer to put a mask on although if they do not you are not supposed to refuse them service or call the police on them. I will be closing my account.

Not bad for wells fargo. Staff has always been quick about greeting and making sure you don't need other assistance rather than standard banking and waiting in line if there is one. The parking lot exits to 10th street and baseline are both best when taking a right and can get backed up during heavy traffic hours.
