We have a few accounts here for many years. Went to cash a large check and they looked at us and treated us like crap. The manager Ryan made us feel like we were doing something wrong he called the bank verified the funds then told us they were not helpful and didn't give any info and to go over there to cash it. We went to the US bank and the lady who he spoke to told him the funds were there and it was good. Ryan told the other bank that it didn't matter what she said he wasn't going to cash it. He is very unprofessional. And treated us like trash! He lied to us. Just because someone doesn't look the part doesn't mean they don't have the part. Ryan is the worse! Talk to another Wells Fargo bank. Explained what we needed to do he looked us up on there system and we have apt Monday to get these checks cashed. We will be going there for all our banking needs for now on. Ryan needs to be retrained in customer service! He doesn't play the part as a manager.

Can't give this bank negative 5 starsCustomer service is very unprofessional and aggressive stay away from Mendoza teller your just going to inconvenience him after all it's a bank and I'm trying to pay my mortgage

Honestly not a big fan of banks in general but this one is usually empty, well staffed, efficient and helpful. Nice folks there.
