Went in to cancel my plan as we were moving. The agent instructed me to use an ai device to cancel my plan (something I could do myself at home) instead of helping me. I asked to work with a human being instead and was handed off to an agent. That agent took my equipment and canceled my plan, BUT he set the cancellation date for later in the month instead of the day I told him to. So Xfinity is now trying to charge me for internet I do not have or use. The agent assured me multiple times that I would have no further charges on my account and I was “all set”. This Xfinity store is extremely dishonest, the agents actively try to deceive you and never have your interests in mind. If you need Xfinity internet go to any other store in the area. Horrible.

We dropped in at Xfinity on 185th and were helped by a very nice young man named Eine (sp). He taught us so much about cell phones and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying a Google Pixel and literally had no intention of buying anything when we walked it. Thank you Eine, you are amazing and I am SO happy with my new cell phone.

If you want the five-star experience ask for Donna, she's excellent. She got our upgrade all set and helped lower our internet bill when it jumped up. Also noticed they no longer sell the moto g pure in store which is a good sign.

Amber was amazing helped me get the wife and switched over. We had some issues with the port but Amber was amazing with follow up and making sure we were all set. I would highly recommend working with her because she goes the extra mile. Even on her day off!

Went to the XFinity Tanasbourne Store today, had many. many questions about Triple Play Package prices and services. Talked to Ryan, he knew the answer to every question I had, searched my account history and came up with a one year contract that met every expectation on service and price. Thank you Ryan.

Very bad experience with a young woman of Asian descendants, she didn't even look at me while talking to her, she was very short with answers, didn't even try to give me a better package. No more Comcast/Xfinity!!

Went in to upgrade my cell phone. Got it taken care of quickly and Ian was super friendly and helpful
