“I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to leave one here because the owner was so kind to me today! I recently purchased a ring from Twiggs, but sadly went rafting over the weekend and it slipped right off, well after I fell off my raft and got stuck in a rapid LOL. I was so bummed, but then I thought maybeeee she would be able to order me another one so I decided to call the shop. I called and sent her a photo of the ring, and she said she had one on hand in the shop and that she would mail it to me right away!
I did not expect to have anything mailed out the day of, or that she'd even have any left in stock. But I am so happy that I called! 10/10 customer service and such a cute shop!!”
