“My family and I were on our way to Portland when we had car problems we were stuck in Hood River. We called D & S to see about possibly getting a rental car, not only did they help us get a rental car and fix our car, but he (Ralph) was the most helpful and accommodating person we could’ve asked for. He really helped us turn an awful situation into a very smooth one.
If we lived closer, this would be the only place I’d take my vehicles.

“Helping a friend that broke down off the hwy. I went to auto zone because it was closer and needed a t bolt hose clamp. So the girl that worked the counter did everything she could to not have to do her job pointing to radiator hose clamps stating it's the same thing. Well I left. Went to NAPA and the older gentleman knew exactly what I needed was able to look up all the t clamps and got me exactly the size I needed. Had my friends truck going again in no time.
