“I called cause another location had just replaced all 6 tires on my 40 ft toy hauler 5 months ago and they sent someone out asap and pulled all tires roadside and replaced all six rotton valve stems that the other location overlooked. Super professional and caring. I am not happy with point s in Eugene but it is clear to me that this location cares about safety and customer service.”

“While visiting Hood River, we needed two issues addressed on our Jeep Liberty. Called Jose and he scheduled us the next day. One item was an old code for repair that had been previously made (that we had forgotten about), and Jose called to let us that this was simply an old computer code because he could see the new part in place. The second was a difficult to diagnose speed sensor problem. Jose dug in and fixed it! This is an honest shop that does great work, and we were happy with the price!”
“My family and I were on our way to Portland when we had car problems we were stuck in Hood River. We called D & S to see about possibly getting a rental car, not only did they help us get a rental car and fix our car, but he (Ralph) was the most helpful and accommodating person we could’ve asked for. He really helped us turn an awful situation into a very smooth one.

“My wife was noticing a skanky aroma in our garage. After we ruled out dead mouse, and she researched possible sources, we deducted that it was an auto battery issue, with sulphuric gas fumes. It wasn't in our car, so by process of elimination, I figured it was battery in our teardrop trailer. Removed it, cleaned up skanky condensation from its storage box, took it to Schwab. Their guy looked at it, noted how it was bulging, on path to exploding. Got me a new battery and out of there in under 30 minutes. Also told me to get a trickle charger, which I had never heard of, but now have in place. Bravo.”
