There is a counter inside the Walgreens. It was easy for me to drop off my package that was pre labeled.

Terrible customer service. FedEx hides behind a virtual assistant. There are things AI is unequipped to help with. That's why people exist, customer service should involve people talking to people. If I'm calling it's because I have a problem that a computer can't fix.

Walgreens is great when you need to pick up some random health & beauty products, vitamins when they are buy one get one free, and snacks And you don't feel like going to a large grocery store. This Walgreens, in the heights, serves this purpose. It's a large store, clean, wide aisles, everything is organized. I especially like checking out the seasonal items. Today I picked up a small igloo cooler for just $15 and an extra fold up chair so I'm ready for the summer concerts on the waterfront. No comments on pharmacy as I have never used their service. But Walgreens is so much more than a pharmacy and I'm happy with the other services they offer and items they stock. Huge parking lot out front. In same area as Ace Hardware and Rosauer's making it a convenient stop.

I ordered a package and the driver came up to my door, did not knock. Then proceeded to leave a door tag that said no one was home.

Had horrible interaction with pharmacy tech AND the pharmacist. Absolutely horrible customer service and very poor information passed on to me about an OTC med.

I had a different, positive experience. Dr phoned in prescription and it was ready in 45 min. Picked up at drive-through and although I was 3rd car, it only took 5 min. Staff was pleasant. Required a consult with pharmacist and she was very nice and gave dogs biscuits.

Terrible management. Whether your wait in your car for the driveup window or walk though the gaulntlet of Covid carrying coughers inside the store, expect a long, long, long, long wait at the pharmacy. Ridiculously understaffed. I don't blame the pharmacy staff themselves. I do blame the blood sucking megamillionaire executives that manage Walgreens in general. I had ordered an Rx refill on the day prior to attempting to pick the Rx up. The Walgreens computer system informed me that yes, they had received my order...only to be told at the driveup window that my Rx must be lost. This pharmacy is best avoided.

Maria in the Photo Department is awesome! I have a lot of photos printed here from my phone and every time I go in to pick up my pictures, Maria is there to help me with a smile and great customer service. The prices are always good with a coupon code too. Thanks Maria for your great service!

This is the first negative review I've ever given on Yelp. Worst pharmacy in the area. As I'm writing this it's been 45 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready at 2. Awful!

We are still waiting for the phone call that hubs medicines are ready. We needed a partial refill as we are in holiday. She took the refill info 2 days ago now. Yes, the computer is down. Yes, they are backed up as a result. Yes, they should have called. I did find a deck of cards on sale though....

This pharmacy has always been slow, but my experience tonight was really the last straw. I had a prescription called in at 5 pm, showed up at 7:30pm, stood in line for 35 min, only to find out my prescription wouldn't be ready for another 1 1/2 hours! The pharmacist said they had 157 prescriptions in front of mine! What is even the population of HR? I love it here, but there's got to be a better pharmacy.
