Super overpriced. Don't bother.

sooo overpriced for a goodwill. Just because you make it look like a fancy boutique in a nice downtown area doesn’t change the fact that the clothes and other items are donated meaning you shouldn’t charge it for full price.

I love going into this small boutique on Oak St. The staff are amazing, really helpful and friendly. Because a majority of their stock is close to or brand new, the prices are slightly higher than a regular Goodwill Store. Still a great deal compared to online shopping. Getting designer labels at a steal of a deal always makes my day👍

This store is such a hidden gem! Great brands and even greater prices for practically brand new! Customer service was above and beyond! Can’t wait to stop in again when I’m in Hood River next to see all the treasures!

Beautiful store with great name brand finds. If you want to get a Harley Davidson jack or Couch purse or wallet, this is the place for you. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly, but not annoying friendly. Lol I will definitely be stopping by whenever I'm in the area.

Walked in while we were shopping up and down the street after brunch today. We realized when we walked in it was a Goodwill Boutique store. Ok, that’s fine. We will still look around. Levi’s cotton jacket $59.99. Prana flannel button up, $69.99. The final straw was seeing a used Starbucks mug (there were three) all priced for $9.99. Excuse me? These are used Starbucks mugs. Why are we doing this Goodwill? I saw a few wool jackets that I liked. They were all over $130! Who is pricing this store? I get you want to get more money for brand name items, but this was obscene. I wallet purse has a missing clasp and it was still $30?! Some cheap rhinestone jewelry was $30. We heard the one other shopper in there comping as well about the prices. So three customers total in there and four employees. Why the over staffing? This has to stop. This stuff was DONATED to the Goodwill. I’m so over the inflation costs hitting thrift stores. How about lowering the salary for the CEO for once? We walked out of there disgusted and felt dirty for even going in. Oh and “Robyn” who gave a glowing review below, tell me you work there or have a friend who does…because no one else would say these are good prices. No one.

Didn’t know this was a thing, and I still don’t know why it is, but clearly somebody thinks it’s a good idea.
As everyone else says, it’s classy but overpriced. Even in my few minutes walking in and through the store I heard at least 2 other groups lament the prices and selection.
Theoretically, GW got all this as free donations, so it’s pretty distasteful to sell it at msrp. This place isn’t for me

I visited for the first time today and found the employees to be kind and attentive.
I was absolutely shocked by the prices, however.
While the selection was much smaller and curated than a typical Goodwill, the prices were simply outrageous.
You are better off shopping sales at stores that sell new items than trying to find a decent deal here.

Good will more like good scam. Awesome customer service but good will is just taking advantage of people here charging ppl 300$ for pants. I thought good will was about just getting rid of peoples old clothes for repurposing uses

By far the worst employees and customer service I've ever encountered.

I went into Hood River boutique today. I was greeted by the staff right off and they were very welcoming. They had amazing prices that I could afford for high end items. It was a wonderful shopping experience.

Staff was snooty and treated me poorly. I was wearing sweatpants from a roadtrip from Boise, ID and only stopped in to Hood River for this store. I wasn't greeted on entrance. I said hello and mentioned this was my favorite Goodwill since my first time visiting 9 years ago then got zero acknowledgement of my statement back. She acknowledged me enough to ring me up and take my money. I can't help but think it was because of what I was wearing. If so, that seems a little rude especially coming from a store like Goodwill.
