Gorge Limo Services chartered us to our after party following our wedding reception. Kathy was very nice and extremely easy to work with! The party bus was on time, clean, and comfortable. They chartered us back and forth between the reception venue and the after party location on-demand, and the driver was very responsive for pick ups and drove safely. We were very happy with the service Gorge Limo Services provided!

We had a great time! Our driver Becky was very flexible and helped us out when we had a bit of a change in plans. We did a winery tour and it was the perfect way to celebrate and get around!

Can I leave a NO STAR REVIEW!!! Don’t use this company. I have been waiting on my refund for a month because instead of getting a limo which they called 10 min after we were supposed to be picked up and it was in the shop and owner herself said she was sending us an upgrade party bus. Nothing worked, door was broke and rattled. There was leftover fingernails and fans and dirty napkins with used glasses from the last event. We had leftover drinks from the last event. Lights and music didn’t work. She would never answer and now after calling texting and emailing still have no refund

They left us stranded with no way to get our guests to the venue. A few minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up by their party bus, I started calling trying to figure out where they were. They wouldn't answer my calls. Instead, they sent a text telling me that their party bus was having issues and they wouldn't be coming. They then lied to me saying they tried getting a hold of me earlier that afternoon. I had NO phone calls or texts from them. We spent thousands of dollars on this party, only to be left with no transportation and missing parts of the celebration due to having to find transportation for everyone. I was warned that they have a habit of doing this but assumed they wouldn't be in business if that were the case. I should have listened to the warnings...they were absolutely true. Avoid this company unless you're okay taking a risky gamble with high chances of being left stranded. We made the best of the celebration once we found everyone rides, but this put a huge strain on a once in a lifetime occasion and cost us unnecessary money to remedy the situation they left us in.

I am a wedding planner and have used Gorge Limo services for multiple weddings in the Gorge. They are easy to work with, are straightforward on pricing and are flexible on scheduling, which I really value. I highly recommend them if you are wanting a limo or party bus!

Very disappointed in this company. Our driver was double booked on our wedding day a few months back but the website still had me book and pay the full amount. We had gotten an email that we would have driver Dan but Dan never showed up. A friend ended up driving us from the church ceremony in WA and back to our reception in OR (thankfully). I was promised a full refund after calling and emailing the company but my husband and I never received a dime back.

Taylor! I Highly recommend Taylor. He was the best limo driver I personally have ever had. Soooo sweet and professional but also a ton of fun too. Let us play and jam out super loud to whatever we wanted, very helpful and again so much fun!

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!! I booked online through their website and was promised a driver for my wedding day a few months back through email with driver Dan? The driver never showed up because they had another wedding that was booked on that same day but didn't let me know. I never got any of my money refunded as promised. I've called many times and left many emails. Very disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Very unreliable! I had to cancel our reservation, 30 days out, due to Covid restrictions. I had prepaid. After 3 weeks of emailing, calling, texting, and sending notes through their website, I have yet to receive my refund! My communication with Kathy has been horrible. She does not respond and appears incompetent! I want my money back from this unreliable company now!
