I called for a tow and spoke to Daniel. He called his driver to check on ETA, and got back to me ASAP. Andy came right on time and was very nice and professional! We had a nice talk about cars/trucks while he was loading our truck on the flatbed. I was very impressed with this company's professionalism and attention to detail! I highly recommend their services!! Thank you Daniel and Andy!!!

I lost my keys in Safeway and AAA sent the Guzman Bothers to tow my car home so I didnt have to leave my car in the parking lot all night not knowing if someone had my keys. it was so complicated to tow my car without the key, especially since they were so extremely careful, both hooking up the tow and parking safely on the street. if you need a tow, call the Guzmans

Jose saved us big time on New Year’s Eve. Repair shops were closed and parts stores were starting to close. We were prepared to have to stay an extra two nights because of New Year’s Day. He was so generous with his time and effort. And not only was able to get the parts we needed but was able to do the work and get us on our way back home. We have told our car story to friends and everyone has commented what a guy to help us when and how he did. Thank you Jose!!

Jose was so great! My car was broken down on the side of the highway and he was able to drop the car off at an auto repair shop and he brought my roommate and I to a hotel. His professionalism really helped to make the situation less stressful. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone having car trouble. 10/10

I cannot thank Guzman brother’s enough! Locked my keys in the truck, baby was inside and he showed up like thunder!! So fast and he didn’t charge me anything! I simply cannot thank you! Muchísimas gracias! 5 stars is simply not enough.. ?????

Stopped to get gas and when I went to leave I could not move my shifter out of park. Called Guzman for a tow and he walked me through how to fix the problem on the phone in less than 5 minutes. No charge just great, knowledgeable service. Can't praise enough.

I got into an accident on highway 84 about 15 miles west of Hood River on a busy Thursday afternoon. After calling several towing companies I was quoted wait times of between 1-3 hours. Lastly I called Guzman Bros and Jose told me he could be there in 1/2 hour, which he was. The towing fee to Portland was also slightly less than the other quotes I received. Although being in an accident was a bummer, at least getting my car towed back to Portland was made a little less stressful by using Guzman Towing. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company, showed up fairly quickly. Diagnosed my problem, "car wouldn't turn over' less than a half hour later I was back on the road. I'm pretty good with vehicles I wouldn't have figured out the fix.Very knowledgeable technician.Highly recommend.

I don't usually leave reviews but in this case it is my honor. The people at Guzman Brothers are some of the most honest and caring people I've met in years. They are not what you would expect. They are close to 90 miles from me but I can't think of another towing company I'd use.
