“Snap fitness is the best gym in the gorge! I would be so stoked if there were two snaps on both sides of the river. It’s clean, enough space, there’s even a second studio for classes that I just learned about. The owner and employees are very nice and helpful.”
“A phenomenal “old-school” gym with an extremely wide array of machines and equipment. An incredible gym for weight training. I visited the gym twice using their daily guest pass option while in town for a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and the integration with a mobile app to allow you to access the gym at your convenience worked flawlessly. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough if you are looking to train.”
“Hands-down, the best gym in Hood River, and the entire Gorge. There just isn’t anything that can compare. The team is always super helpful, nice, and willing to go out of their way to make my family’s experience better. The amount of space between rooms and equipment is at least double the size of anything else in the area. The equipment is nicer and newer. The amenities are nicer and newer. They have a kids club to give parents a workout break! Etc…
The negative reviews on here are primarily a result of their recent remodel and update; which removed the old pool and replaced it with pickle ball courts. Let me just say, while that might be disappointing there is no longer a pool, those Pickleball courts are busy every single day. And it makes the gym way more social than it previously was.”
“Great space! Dropped in with friends and joined the CrossFit Viento crew for a fun WOD. Coach Christine was knowledgeable, attentive and ran her class from the targeted warm-up through to the strength portion and our metcon with precision and expertise. She was inviting and welcoming of our crew and the CrossFit Viento community followed suit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home base CrossFit gym or for a fun place to pop into while in town for some fitness.”
