My wife was noticing a skanky aroma in our garage. After we ruled out dead mouse, and she researched possible sources, we deducted that it was an auto battery issue, with sulphuric gas fumes. It wasn't in our car, so by process of elimination, I figured it was battery in our teardrop trailer. Removed it, cleaned up skanky condensation from its storage box, took it to Schwab. Their guy looked at it, noted how it was bulging, on path to exploding. Got me a new battery and out of there in under 30 minutes. Also told me to get a trickle charger, which I had never heard of, but now have in place. Bravo.

After a issue with one of the tires on our motorhome, we pulled into this Les Schwab first thing on a
Monday morning. We we given multiple options for replacement of the front tires, and they got to work. One hour later they were done with the install. The tire we had an issue with was covered under their warranty, so we received a credit for that tire, which significantly reduced our cost for the new tires. I couldn't be happier with this experience. Hunter helped us up front, and he was great!!! Thanks again, Les Schwab, for reassuring us that purchasing tires here is the right choice, especially for a RV.

Alignment for my subaru was supposed to be a total of $136.00 but the rear never got touched because of rust and he thought a bolt might break. OK so the front only got adjusted when it was time to pay they absurdly charged me $119.99! Guess half the work isn't half the pay lol. Now I could of choked that down but driving it afterwards felt way worse than before and apawn taking the tires off to get at the rusty bolts and tire swap 2 of the tires lug nut where id say a little better than finger tightned. SCARY I need to trust you guys with my life and this is the treatment I got. The rusty bolts he pointed out I easily loosened as well an I dont have air tools! Fat fail everyone boo this stale dead eyed treatment.

Got a nail in my tire and had to get it fixed. Stopped in and got in line. It took a bit of time, but they got my rig fixed and back on the road. Have been with Les Shwab since 1971.

Alex and Frank were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Not only did they fix our flat tires same day and within a few hours, but Alex got on the phone with the rental car owner and cleared everything up for us. It was so fast and easy - would highly recommend. Thank you!!

Dropped of my car at Noon simply to mount tires I already had in the car. 1 hour later I get a missed call, no voicemail. I call back after 16 minutes but they already took my car off the lift because she thought I was doing a studded tire switchout and wanted to know if I still wanted to mount the tires because it's billed different or something. YES! that's why I dropped off the car??? Like 4 hours later I called back and they hadn't even started the car yet. then they call when I was already done with work saying they could only mount 3 tires because one of the wheels was previously repaired. which I understand that's their policy but you gave me no other option except to put the original tires back on. I'm not driving 80 miles with mismatched tires I had a bad experience with that before.

My husband and I were traveling in our motor home on I-84 along the Columbia River when our tow vehicle blew a tire. The crew at Les Schwab Hood River went above and beyond for us! The customer service from the inside staff to the techs outside is top notch! Mike came out and put the spare on the car for us and then followed us to the shop! I had a very low tire and had to go to Portland to be with my husband in CICU. A young man in one of the bays asked what I needed. I told him, and he immediately checked all my tires filled the tire that was needed. Wished me the best for my husband's health. I wish I had gotten his name.
