They were organized with getting me in. The service technician answered all of my questions patiently and with a smile. If you can get a coupon on the back of your Safeway or Rosauers receipt, that helps. But I found their rate to be reasonable. Possibly the most entertaining part of the oil change is observing the fake tree out back while you wait.”
