Nella Chestnut Farm is a great spot to take the family or yourself to enjoy some nature while picking up chestnuts. It is a great place that is plentiful with high quality chestnuts. The atmosphere is wonderful and calming, making for a fantastic, relaxing, and peaceful afternoon. There is a nice stream running through the property, a great place to have a snack or lunch. Visitors can bring a picnic and pick up some top of the line chestnuts. The farm is open for U-picking during the chestnut season, which is best in October. It is a friendly place where people are willing to talk about how best to roast chestnuts.

I really enjoyed staying at this place last night. The atmosphere is wonderful and calming. We were a little confused on what to do when we arrived but we figured it out. You just find a spot and set up! So cool!
