It’s where you want to be training for preparing for “life!” Studies prove outdoor training can lower blood pressure and can give you the sense that you’re not working as hard! Beneficial!
I believe that the best type of training is “Functional Training!” It’s as close to “Real Life” training as you can get! Want to be able to actually “DO” something or do you just want to “LOOK LIKE” you can maybe do something? Get both with “FUNCTIONAL TRAINING!”
