This UPS location is amazing! The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly and customer service oriented. I’ve been frequenting the store for as long as I can remember and I’ve never once had a bad experience. I’ve lived here for over 22 years.
I just walked in at 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and Gerardo literally multitasked and got myself and another client in and out of there at the same time within minutes. Magic. Highly recommend.

The outstanding customer service received at the UPS store in Hood River from Brad, Leiah, Doug, Jamie, Ben, Bridger, and Monica, goes beyond the five star rating!
How nice it is to walk into the UPS store and be greeted by name!
I’ve always felt valued as a customer from Brad and his friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.
With Amazon returns, I’m given patience as it is with each customer.
Don’t be surprised if you see Brad vacuuming the store! Yes, it’s very organized and clean!

Just had another great experience here and got me thinking about how the employees are always really lovely. Sometimes I'm a little stupid with my amazon app/barcodes for returns or need them to help me tape stuff and they are always so kind and never make me FEEL stupid or annoying. The team consistently shows up with a level of customer service I would not be capable of. Thank you!

I feel bad because I didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me but I am so beyond grateful for the person who helped me on April 27th. I had unusual large packages to ship cross country (car seats) and he was so kind and helped me out so much. I usually use FedEx but this converted me.

Brought paintings to ship home. Employee was “inconvenienced” by my business. Asked to come back on Monday. I was flying out the next day. Began go throw a like an emotionally immature teenager. Decided I could trust UPS to send my parcels home safely.

Had an abosulte wonderful expereince from Leah (I think that is her name!) She was amazing at not only tracking down an overnight package that didn't get set out same day. She even went out of her way and went to the location my pack was sitting at! She replaced the dry ice and repackage the whole time for me. She was truly amazing and I cannot thank her enough. She kept me updated on what was going on with phone calls. Truly an amazing employee!

This was a nice UPS to stop at for shipping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I was in they were putting together a shipment that needed a special boxing and were spending time building it. Highly recommend this location.
