Walk up ATM has always been quiet and polite. Very cooperative for a machine - it gives out a variety of bills with no coersion and never complains about a thing. It speaks multiple languages also.

Update your times to show when you close the entire branch for lunch! It's absurd that you cannot even keep the drive thru open during this time.

The worst management! They just like to waste your time! Don't even bother if you hate wasting your time in the bank, not well trained personal, they keep hanging up at the phone also, i was tired of this banck closed my account and MOVE ON.si eres latino no hagas banco aqui no t conviene.

Seems to always be shorthanded and lobby closed. Branch doesn't follow bank security policies when dealing with cash. They let a good teller go last week. I will probably change banks when I use up all my checks and put everything at PNWFCU!

They don't answer their phone and they do not take messages and call you back. When you get their local line, it gives you a voice recording, thanks you for calling, and then hangs up on you. I received an invoice from them which had an error on it and I live out of town. As I can't resolve it on the phone, it looks like I will have to drive the 2 hour round trip so I can go in and personally resolve it. Ridiculous. Bank elsewhere.

Their customers often block the sidewalk and the street. I live across the street and sometimes I can't turn onto my street or get into and out of my driveway because of this. I have called the bank and they don't care. I have called the non emergency police too.

The ATM is continually out of service. Considering it's the only US Bank ATM within 20+ miles in any direction, it's more than an annoyance. Tonight I needed to deposit a check, so I paid the bridge toll both ways for a wasted trip to Hood River. Please do a better job of keeping your sole ATM working for your customers.

I just used the drive thru, since the lobby is closed. It took a little bit to be helped, but I am glad they are being responsible. Stay safe.

Ok bank. Staff cherry picks the rules on deposits, making it pretty frustrating when needing your $$.

While I absolutely love the staff, I think I received more money in birthday cards from my grandparents within the same day than I do here after depositing $600-$800 checks every other week.

Folks, this is a training bank. You can do better, especially if you are a woman. Their policies are unreasonable, fees are high, and the manager, Gilberto, is rude and patronizing. On the phone, customer service told me how he could help my transaction go smoothly; he simply refused to, even though he could. Ladies, take your money elsewhere.
