Great employees at the HR Wells Fargo branch

Where to start; Ave (Branch Manager) is by far the most professional Wells Fargo employee I have ever come across. Here is what happened: I went to the branch and there was a line but to my surprise there was an employee(Yessi) greeting each customer in line and asking what kind of transaction we where there to do. It was nice to get that personal touch from this branch. All I needed was to get a couple questions answered so I didn’t have to wait in the line because Yessi was able to direct me to Ave who was able to answer my questions quickly and professionally. I wish that every Wells Fargo branch had this kind of service. Thank you Ave and Yessi for making my banking experience memorable.

Wells Fargo is supporting climate destruction. They must stop investing in fossil fuel projects

The ladies that work the front counter are phenomenal. I walked in close to closing time but I was helped to the fullest extent with no rush. So happy with the customer service and help that I received I had to brag.

This is a small branch so sometimes there may be a bit of a wait, however, the service is great and the staff are always cheerful and very friendly.

I made a phone call to Wells Fargo this evening to pass a message along to a friend who I thought to be there checking on funding from a loan. He does not have a cellphone which is why I phoned the bank directly to let him know it wouldn't be funded until tomorrow. This saved him time having to talk with the banker looking for something that isn't there. Following my conversation with him, he said the manager who was on the phone with me asked who I was and told him I had his banking information and why do I have his information.

My short experience with the bank was awful. I waited for 20 min in line to get some change for a non-profit Benefit that I was hosting that evening. I needed some 5's and 10's for the evening. They wouldn't help me and the cashier was very rude, told me “go to your bank†when I asked for the change. Then she said “we need the change for OUR customersâ€. I walked across the street to Columbia Bank (which is also not my bank currently, I bank remotely with a credit union). They were happy to help me. Very disappointed in Wells Fargo.

I love my banker! Linda Erlich is a problem-solver and always has, or can promptly find, the answers I need. I'd happily rate five stars, but I'm not a fan of the in-store bank.

They don't seem to value business customers. Seem intent on starting up new accounts even if people don't want them. And they could use a new manager. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years and this is the first manager that I have ever found to be consistently rude. This rating is not accurate because Wells Fargo forces you to give at least one star. I used to love Wells Fargo.

I always find the manager Linda Erhlich to be wonderfully warm and helpfully in tune with my banking needs.

1 star isn't even low enough for this branch. The manger Linda Ehrlich is completely rude with no customer service skills. Each time I go in I talk to her specifically and I always get a run around about my question. I will not be banking with this crew for much longer! All tellers seem to be good however they could use a new manager.

At first I really liked Wells Fargo Bank I really liked the hours and open on Saturdays very helpful but dont believe them if they tell you that you have three months to get your savings balance up to $300 before you start getting a service charge...Its not true so do your homework before listening to the tellers..
