Called to verify that I do not need an appointment only to drive 2hrs to find an open sign, but closed gate. Called they said appointment only and aren't available till tomorrow. Don't waste your time with these clowns. No inventory either

i recently purchased a class c from these guys .No pressure ,easy to talk to and they take plenty of time to answer questions.Then they walk you thru how everything works. i would Highly Recommend this business !!

I want to thank Al and Mike for the utmost in professionalism and personal care while visiting their Pacific Valley RV facility. They spent almost 3 hours showing us the coach we were interested in buying. Reasonably priced and I know this because I have been looking for at least 18 months for a specific coach. We made the sale and down the road we went. Along about 7 hours we developed a problem. We called them to see what we should do to fix it. We spent alot of time brainstorming after which in time everything was fixed. Was as simple as tightening the battery cables and on all 6 batteries. All the batteries were tight but not quite fully tight. I felt relieved when everything started working as it should. We drove home to Oklahoma City OK from Portland OR. The concern and worry in their voice show they really cared about service after the sale. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating. My wife and I plan on visiting their RV place again in the future just to say hello and to thank them for all the help they gave us. Pacific valley RV is the number one place for buying your RV. There is not enough room in this review area to tell how wonderful this place is as a business. God bless you Al and Mike and look forward to visiting with you again. 10+ rating! Will go back to visit them in the future. ?

October 2017 we found a nice RV we had been looking for. Al and Mike were pleasant to work with and held the RV for us until we were able to arrange financing etc. I have found this to be an honest, reliable and commendable establishment that is growing in our neighborhood and is a good business that I intend to come back to in the future. I would recommend Al and Mike to anyone. I appreciate doing business with a man that keeps his word.

I was very impressed with Mike and Al. We ended up purchasing a 40ft Holiday Rambler Imperial from them. They had what we were looking for... low miles but well looked after. They were not pushy, the RV spoke for itself. We are from Canada and the price and the way they made the sale so seemless amazed me. It was so easy.

My wife and I where looking for a large coach and found and ad on Craigslist for a unit we where interested in. We made the short drive to Hubbard from Salem and we met Mike and his dad Al. They where very nice and allowed us to view there nice selection of big Rv's. Never once asking the time old question of “what are you looking to spend?†But the where more interested in showing us different floors plans and Mike did a great job explaining the differences between brands and models. It was nice to see several options in one place. They let us set up our own independent inspection of the coach we had decided we liked the best for us. They made us a great deal and we have no regrets. Al and Mike are just 2 guys doing honest fair business. We where so pleased with the no pressure honest approach. That we even sent a friend in who also got a great coach after they seen ours. Great job guys and keep up the great work. Do not hesitate to make a trip in to this dealership if you are looking for a great deal on a pre owned RV.
