Walked into this 7-Eleven to buy a simple pack of alcohol nothing crazy, just a regular purchase. I’m clearly of age, had my valid ID in hand, and still got denied like I was trying to rob the place. No explanation, no reason, just a weird power trip from the cashier who clearly woke up and chose to be difficult for sport.
It’s wild how a place that’s basically built to sell booze, snacks, and lottery tickets is suddenly acting like Fort Knox over a pack of alcohol. You’d think I asked for something illegal the way they handled it. If you’re going to make up your own rules, at least pretend to be polite about it.
I won’t be coming back to this circus. I’ll spend my money somewhere that doesn’t treat customers like sketchy criminals for no reason. Absolute waste of time.

wow, looks like i’m not alone in my experience with Deann. she was incredibly rude, to the point that it felt like bullying. i’ve already contacted customer service and spoken with them about the situation, but to talk about someone in third person when they’re right in front of you is weird and frankly embarrassing on her end.
unfortunately we won’t be giving this 7-11 our business any longer until this employee no longer works there. it’s not worth it. as someone who’s worked multiple customer service jobs, her attitude is disgusting and i really hope she heals her heart.

I come here frequently for a quick drink and the staff are always friendly. Today I brought my kids in for a drink from the fountain machine but instead we chose slushies because the ice dispenser was riddled with mold! I told the nice lady at checkout and she said it was just calcium deposits. Sure, maybe there's some calcium there but these were certainly mold spots, white and black, some sort of pinkish spots and most certainly could not be mistaken for calcium deposits. Anyway, hopefully next time we visit it'll be clean.

I just came in for ice water before a shift. I had 20 minutes before the shift, and I saw the line was long, so I left. I have come in before and not had to pay for the water. When I tried to leave this lady behind the counter took a picture of me and my car. I went back inside and paid and told her to delete it. She was incredibly disrespectful.

I tried calling to ask a simple question of whether they carried a certain product and didn't even get to finish my question before I was hung up on. I called back and tried again and was hung up on again.

Pulled up, and an employee in a 7-11 t-shirt was outside smoking a joint. We went inside, picked out what we wanted, stood at checkout, and no one came to check us out. Didn't see any employees the whole time we were in store. After waiting a while, we left our purchase on the counter and left.

Was charged for hotdogs buns ontop of the hotdogs I paid for. Nothing was rung up correctly and the gentleman that was helping me didn't speak any English at all. I didn't even get my receipt.
