I’ve been coming here for the last five years and I’ve always been blown away by how kind and helpful the staff is, but this past week I was blown away when Kenzie helped me get a replacement battery with a warranty I didn’t even know I had! They’re pretty awesome here.

I would recommend this particular store to anyone as I was in desperate need of help this afternoon to find & have installed a car battery disconnect thingy and the store manager was so helpful, efficient & quick to install it AND did a wonderful job explaining how to use it… making sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to easily disconnect my battery…keeping my irrational car alarm from going off when parked. Thank you so much!

Kenzie has to be the most knowledgeable and competent auto parts professional I have ever encountered,and that says a lot as I was once a Ford dealership mechanic years ago. She goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. Come back in a week or two she remembers you and inquires about your last project. She’s top notch. Would be perfect working for large dealership but glad she is here instead.

Drive belt broke on recently purchased used SUV, as I was about to turn in and grab a delicious coffee from Brooks & Terry's. Fortunately I limped into adjacent AutoZone parking lot and went in to ask for help. Tony immediately went out to look under the hood and confirmed what parts were needing replacement. Team inside found the parts in stock and with Hayden's assist, Tony replaced the belt and tensioner and had me back on the road within 30 minutes of breaking down! Amazing service. THANK YOU!

Everything you need for your hoopti. Just know what you need before you go because this place is NOT an automotive advice center. Do your own research, and you'll love this place. Expect them to give all the answers and you'll be disappointed. That ain't their job. They sell parts, not $85 an hour automotive repair advice.
