I stopped by the store this evening after work to grab some supplies for a rushed project I have for a wedding tomorrow. There was a supply cart blocking the vinyl I needed at the end of the aisle, so I moved it just a couple of inches to reach in and grab the colors I needed.
A girl, who I was told is one of the store managers, came over and told me not to move the cart because it was a hazard. I apologized and asked if she could move it slightly so I could access the vinyl and see the colors. Instead, she tried to convince me to choose other colors from the next aisle, none of which were what I needed, and then she walked away.
So, I moved the cart just an inch again to reach in, and she came back, pushed the cart into me, and repeated that it was a hazard. At that point, I gave up and left without the supplies. Honestly, I’d rather travel to Salem if that’s the kind of attitude the store manager has—pretty unfortunate for a small town!

Day Manager is losing you money with her extremely poor customer service skills and possible thievery. Watched her give ten dollars too little change, not apologize , then treat several customers with disdain and perhaps wouldn't smile to save her life.
I know good help us hard to find but do you really have to scrape the very bottom of the barrel?

Y'all manager on duty was hateful had to call the cops on here y'all need to do better and. Not hire people that steal stuff a 1000 doller phone y'all need. To do better I plan on pressing charges on y'all manager and I will be pressing charges again corporate for allowing this to happen firer her or we can go to court

This is a fairly new store. It was stocked so well and had a wonderful selection. There were a lot of great items I hadn't seen in other Dollar Tree locations.

Katlyn or Katie the cashier is possibly the rudest person I have met in a long time. A week ago she was rude to my husband(shoed him down the isle balking like a chicken), had to have her manager tell her to cash us out after waiting at her register several minutes, then tossed his change at him (all in nickels & pennies .75), then the next day she short changed my daughter by $1. Today I gave her exact change and she made a rude comment about the money not being good enough. She needs to not work with the public.

They had good selection of Christmas decorations. Staff was helpful to let us hold my purchase so could get a better carry bag for dishes.

The new dollar store is nice..sone thing when the prices change wont be as cheap as winco..so I guess i wont ve getting as much as i have been when they change to 1.25..I see this this move is going to hurt them big time
